In the district of La Playa de les Deveses, in the resort 5 km from the centre of Els Poblets, outside the resort, 11 km from the centre of Dénia, 170 m from the sea, 170 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (20 x 10 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 10:00-15:00 and 17:00-22:00). De belles vacances dans un beau logement

Maisonnette très confortable et propre avec chambres climatisées . La cuisine possède tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, plusieurs sortes de verres,la literie est bonne , la décoration est moderne . Des petits points à améliorer : la douche; car l’étanchéité du joint est douteuse malgré que le technicien soit venu à deux reprises et moustiquaire des chambres inexistants et point de vue sécurité : la porte coulissante qui donne à l’arrière ne permet aux gens de rentrer

El estado del apartamento es mejorable. La limpieza al llegar era muy superficial y nos tocó ponernos a limpiar el baño y la cocina. Para el precio que tiene, hay algunos detalles que deberían estar mas cuidados. La atenció por parte del personal de la inmobiliaria ha sido perfecta en todo momento.
