Other Things to Note:
INTERNET, STREAMING AND CELL SERVICE
The condo has DSL internet that typically ranges from approximately 1–5 Mbps. It is generally suitable for basic browsing and email but may not reliably support video calls, multiple connected devices or uninterrupted streaming.
Both Snowater clubhouses have high speed Starlink internet available to guests. The condo also includes a smart TV. Streaming subscriptions are not provided, so guests will need to use their own accounts.
Cell service is limited throughout Glacier and the surrounding mountain communities and varies by carrier.
SHARED RESORT AMENITIES
The indoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, fitness facilities, game rooms and sport courts are shared Snowater amenities available to registered guests.
Amenity hours and availability are managed by the Snowater community and may occasionally change because of maintenance or circumstances outside our control.
MOUNTAIN LIVING, WILDLIFE AND WEATHER
This condo is located in a rural rainforest near the base of the mountains. Guests may encounter insects and wildlife, including mice, raccoons, deer, bears and other animals native to the area.
Please keep food and garbage inside and properly secured. Leaving food or trash outside can attract wildlife.
Mountain weather can change quickly. Heavy rain, snow, ice, falling trees and occasional power or internet interruptions are part of life in this remote area.
WINTER TRAVEL AND LOCAL SERVICES
Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is strongly recommended during winter. Guests should check road and weather conditions before traveling and arrive prepared for snow and ice.
We recommend completing major grocery shopping before leaving Bellingham. Glacier has a limited selection of smaller markets and restaurants, and local business hours may vary by season.
PARKING AND EV CHARGING
Snowater requires all guest vehicles to be registered before arrival. We will request the color, make, model and license plate number for each vehicle so the required parking permits can be prepared.
Shared EV chargers are available through Snowater. Advance arrangements and an additional fee may apply.
DOG POLICY
Dogs are welcome with advance registration and a pet fee of $35 per dog, per night. The current Airbnb policy allows up to two dogs. Cats and other animals are not permitted.
To help us keep the condo comfortable for future guests, dogs must be at least one year old, remain off the furniture and bedding, and may not be left unattended in the condo. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and for any pet-related damage.
