Had it’s best times

The photos on the site are pretty and inviting, once you arrive you realize that was a long time ago. Our toilet didn’t flush, we were given another room, there the water didn’t go through the shower, so you end up standing in a pool of water. Wasn’t very clean either.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in Delhi. The staff is very friendly and very attentive. Excellent complementary breakfast. Very clean. Hotel is right next to bus stop, auto stop, rickshaw stop, metro station and not to mention the “central market”. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Delhi!❤️

The property needs some serious maintenance. The building is quite worn out and could do with refurbishment or at least good handy men checking the rooms and public spaces regularly. I would not recommend for light sleepers as the main road is noisy during day and night. Location is good close to metro stations and local amenities.

The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking so sitting on the pot was not at all comfortable, with drops of presumably dirty water hitting you every so often.

Hotel staff made me feel like I knew them for years. Excellent service all the time. Hotel has a chic european architecture. Also if you like shopping, Delhi’s famous Central Market is a 2 minute walk.

I don't really like this hotel.

Overall the hotel was old. Sometimes the shower hot water was not working. The Wifi connection was also not stable, it used to can't connect to the internet. The breakfast was very limited choices.
