You will be within very close walking distance to both Downtown DeLand's dining, shopping, and year-round events as well as Stetson University. This cozy cottage was built in 1916 and although the home has kept it's charming historical integrity, it's been renovated with relaxing coastal finishes. The upstairs master bedroom features a King, guest room has two Twin-XL beds, plus two air mattresses are available for an additional fee. Guests will enjoy free wi-fi internet, Hulu and Netflix, and two parking spaces in the driveway. DeLand is approximately 45 minutes to both beaches and Orlando area attractions like Disney and Universal Studios.

A wonderful visit to the Deland Area of Central Florida
Beautiful and cozy home. Great location, 1 block from Stetson University and downtown Deland! A pet friendly and safe location! Short drive to the Palm Coast at Flagler Beach. Plenty of great restaurants close by! See the Manatees at Blue Springs! Great communication with our wonderful host. We would stay here again. In short, highly recommended!

Super cute home tucked downtown
We came down to Florida to visit family and had a very comfortable stay at this place. While the littles weren’t happy about having to sleep on a blowup mattress, once it was setup with the cute sheets blanket and pillow, they were content to sleep and slept great. Such a great idea to provide a humidifier! The house had everything we could imagine needing while away on vacation and the host was super quick to respond during the days leading up to our stay. I loved the house’ charm and decor. Thank you!

Great place to stay visiting DeLand!
This house was great for us with the dogs. 5 minute walk to beautiful downtown Deland. Nice quiet neighborhood for walks. Nice couches and TV's. Thanks for sharing!

Overall a great stay, only complaint is that the place could have had a better cleaning our dog found a sock under the bed from a previous guest and the kitchen had some grease stains next to the stove and some stuff underneath the couches

We LOVED it! Quaint and comfy!
The property was the cutest! It's evident that the hosts have put a lot of thought and effort into ensuring you have all the amenities and comforts of home. It was situated just a couple of blocks from our daughter's dorm at Emily. When visiting again, we will surely be checking if this property is available for booking. I would give the host and property more stars if possible.
