This was the only Hotel available, and we had no other choice. The room was disgusting, floors had not been mopped in months, no lightbulbs in fixtures, cigarette burns on the sheets in a "Smoke Free Room"! We had people smoking weed and yelling outside our room till 2am and someone tried opening our door several times. Stay Away!!! Good reviews on this property are scams!

There was mold growing on the lamp shades. And on the bottom of the bed. The toilet did not flush and on one of the pillows on the bed had either blood or poop on it. Not to mention we were put into a sampling room booking though Expedia. So the smell 😳 there are no filters for the rooms. Mind you I asked if they had non smoking rooms when I seen where they put us. And the one man said no. When I went back up to cancel the second man moved us. I also told him about the room issues. Giving two stars because they did move us. I have photos of it will let me post.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The guy at check-in was extremely rude and hard to deal with. I felt scared and uneasy the whole time we were there. The room itself had a horrible odor, sheets were dirty, walls, floors and toilets were absolutely disgusting. I'm usually not one to complain about accomodations but this place was absolutely horrible. I would never recommend this place and in all honesty Expedia should not be carrying this place in there platform.

Expedia charged us over $500 per room ( we had 2) for 1 night in dirty back alley parking lot rooms. Surge pricing I expect as flights were cancelled. We heard the hotel desk quote $149 to someone one the phone as we checked out.SHAME ON YOU EXPEDIA. Room reaked of Marijuana. Bathrom floor was black & toilet base hadnt been cleaned in weeks.Hotel manager wouldnt assist with arranging transportation ( info) back to MCO. One they did allow us to remain at hotel for 2 hours after checkout until we could arrange a limo back to airport. Wont use Expedia or this hotel ever again.

This place has deteriorated since my last stay about two years ago. My room was on the second floor and as I got to the room door the first thing you noticed was the dirty window. When I got inside the bathroom mirror was just the same, dirty. We tried calling around the nearby hotels but were not able to find a room. We reluctantly had to stay there. Never again

If you really have to, it will do for one night

The outside is not too bad and the staff is very pleasant. The rooms however need some (much) TLC. Furniture seems to come from a thrift store, hot water stopped working in the morning and wifi is spotty depending on room location (we had to walk outside to ensure proper connection). Yes, it’s a budget hotel, but we experienced better conditions for smaller price during our trip around Orlando.

The room was ok; not the best but ok. Bed was made only the first day of my stay, even though they put fresh towels and soap each day. I was disappointed that there wasn't even continental breakfast and they could have had, at least, vending machines for drinks, water and snacks.
