The pool, deck, and beach entrance were not usable and the elevator broke and wasn’t fixed while we were there. Price was the same as when these things worked and it was not advertises. While the staff was friendly nothing that you pay for was available.

The hotel was nice but there was no mention on Expedia of the $200 hold they required in addition to the room cost and resort fee. Also, no mention of the broken pool. Other than the exorbitant and unmentioned fees and the broken outdoor pool, the place was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are very nice and our room had a balcony and ocean view. Front desk check in was great. Lady was very courteous and helpful. This is a timeshare also so there is someone who will ask if you want to sit in a presentation. I just declined.
