Perfect location

We have no complaints! This was above and beyond what we expected. Love the peacefulness of the location and that it’s so close to so many other restaurants and shopping. Condo was clean and beautiful!

Beachside Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for our family of four. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of crashing waves was truly relaxing. We've stayed at other beachside condos before, but this one was literally just a stone's throw from the ocean. The condo is in a quieter area, away from the typical tourist spots, which is something I really prefer. It had all the necessities and the space felt comfortable and well-equipped.The condo was generally clean, but as someone who pays close attention to cleanliness, I noticed a bit of dust on some surfaces and the carpet upstairs could use a good cleaning. These minor details didn't disrupt our trip, but I thought they were worth mentioning for future guests who might have similar sensitivities.That being said, we had a wonderful experience and would consider returning in the future.

Ormond Beach Getaway Steps from the Ocean

I loved the location as I prefer a quiet beach away from the more touristy areas. The unit has a great ocean view with convenient parking, was clean with a fully stocked kitchen, the half bath on the main floor is a bonus. Too bad the weather didn't cooperate because I would have enjoyed having breakfast out on the wraparound balcony. Laura was great to work with and responsive to all of my questions.

Family reunion

Property was dated but in very good shape. Location was excellent. Owner was exceptional. Problems with front door lock and guest bathroom leak. Owner's family lives in complex to help resolve things quickly. Overall, we hope to return next year.

Short beach trip

We traveled into Ormond as Helene was coming into Florida. Our drive in was stressful but our stay at this property was wonderful. The property was as described in the listing. The morning after our arrival the property crew was out cleaning and picking up debris. We enjoyed the close location to great restaurants and my children took surf lessons. Overall a fantastic stay. We hope to return

Quiet Beach, All the Small Things Done Right

Great location, already love Ormond Beach, but being up away from the commercial area and on a beach without the drama is fantastic. The unit and manager are incredible, stay away so we can keep using this location for our Staycations from Orlando.

The perfect stay.

We have stayed in several units on Ormond Beach.... at Ormond Ocean and Ormond Holiday, mostly. This was our first time at Bent Palm. All units are similar, but this one supercedes the others. The renovations to the unit are stunning and the extra attention given to comfort didn't go unnoticed. The bedding on all three beds, towels, and throw blankets were all super soft and clean. Of course, the view and easy access to the beach are fantastic as well. Highly recommend!

Fantastic beach stay

The unit was exactly as shown; kitchen very well equipped; beds extremely comfortable; plenty of linens and other supplies. The location is superb and and the host very responsive. We definitely want to stay here again!

Three night stay!

This was a great experience for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our time away! The house was beautiful, clean and no issues whatsoever!! The best place to stay

The condo is the most perfect place to stay. We were two couples, with lots of room, clean, beautiful, amazing views from windows and balcony, each couple had private bathroom, and such an easy access to a beautiful beach. We cooked our meals there, the kitchen is big and convenient. Laura, our host, was very easy to reach and was a great and helpful. We would definitely be coming back! Thank you!

Perfect condo!

Thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at Laura's condo! The home was well appointed and very comfortable. The location was a short drive to shopping and restaurants but far away from the crowds. I enjoyed the balcony in the mornings and evenings-even got up see a rocket launch! The pool was clean, had it all to myself. I would highly recommend this condo!

This condo was just as pictured, and was spotless. The view and proximity to the beach was unreal. Location was perfect for us, close enough to the action, but it was still quite, and private. I never seen more the 4 people at a time on the beach. We loved it, thank you Laura for being a wonderful host!

Girl’s birthday getaway

Wonderful stay!! The condo was exactly as advertised and well appointed with everything you needed. We ate lunch out each day and opted to cook dinner in each night. There was plenty of everything in the kitchen to allow us to make meals. There were even some spices in the cabinet, wine opener, and plenty of cookware. No crockpot in case you want to know but everything else!! The view from the balcony was just perfect and it wraps around the side of the living room where you can move your chairs when the sun comes up so it’s not in your eyes. Laura was prompt to respond when I had questions and genuinely cared about the quality of our stay. The beds are very comfortable and the updated bathrooms and kitchen were lovely. Access to the beach is so easy and unloading / loading was a breeze with the elevator and carts available. Would definitely recommend staying here!! There were even binoculars to watch the dolphins ☺️ The only recommendation I might make is two more chairs for the deck as we had four adults but we just used our extra beach chairs.

Absolutely Beautiful

First time staying here. The condo was absolutely beautiful. Kitchen was everything we could need since we cook in most nights. Location was amazing! Will definitely be renting this condo again. Property manager Laura was very prompt if I had any questions. This is definitely a must stay :)

Short Weekend Trip
