Will never stay here again
I was excited and hopeful for this condo. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Upon entering the condo, it had a chemical smell so strong that it gave me a migraine. I had to buy a candle as the smell never went away. There is barely any lighting in this unit, the glass coffee table and table in the 2nd bedroom were super wobbly and janky. I had to shive a washcloth under one to keep it level. Ive had pancakes thicker then the provided pillows, the beds were hard and uncomfortable, the cabinets were peeling and looked disgusting, there were zero rugs/mats in an entirely tiled condo so get out of the bathtub at your own risk, no kleenex, batley toilet paper, sand paper like towels, doors so warped they won't shut and the windows were filmy and dirty. There is also no oven mitt and pretty slim picking of quality kitchen tools/utensils. Our hot water stopped working the last 2 days.They make you use the resort wifi instead of having their own like they are supposed to. Then the resort charges 50 to use it for multiple devices, then to top it all, the internet was down for over 3 days. Cars were parking on the sides of the garage ramps and against walls so it was super unsafe. There is no assigned parking like it is implied, its just a free for all. They state to let the lobby desk know if you have issues but the employees do not care AT ALL. No one apologizes or takes ownership or fixes anything, they just blame someone else and are done with you. AWFUL RENTAL
