Room was clean. Beds were fine. Staff was horrible! Had to wake up the front desk person at 8:30am. After inquiring where the free breakfast items were we were told that you don’t get breakfast. Hum….. didn’t I pay for at least the grab and go breakfast??!! Only thing was a few instant oatmeal packets by the coffee.
This is what we got (or didn’t get in this case).

The room was filthy, cockroaches in the bathroom, no amenities except for 2teaspoons for the kitchenette. The bathroom door was broken and the handle was on top of the refrigerator. The clerk who checked us in was yelling at some people when we went to check in and then started yelling at us for using Expedia to reserve a room that was Not available. We checked out the next day instead of staying for 3 days. Will not stay there again.

How is this place on this app? It's basically a Sec8, assisted living, and homeless shelter, masked as a hotel. The place is run down, has shady people everywhere, doors are broken, and have gaps, bathroom lights will give you an epileptic seizure, and needs a warning about it. Bathroom is gross, and loose toilet.The lobby looks like a retirement home full of sick elderly people. All the Babymommas live there too. This is NOT okay!!

The kind woman that checked me in was personable and friendly. She answered all of my questions, and I was made to feel welcome. The property, however, is in need of some updating. The locks outside the doors are not functional, so anyone can come into the building. The hallway smelt like marijuana. There were people lingering in the parking lot, looked like they were having a party?! I was worried about leaving my car in the parking lot. The room was fine; however, the refrigerator was so loud I had to turn it off in order to sleep. It was okay for a one-night stay, but I wouldn't seek out this hotel chain in the future.

I am unable to give an honest feedback about the room itself due to the fact that after having put in my reservation and paid for my room when I went to get my key I was informed that they didn't have my room yet it was still listed online for sale. The staff on duty seemed very disconnected she had seem like she there was no concern whatsoever for my situation she told me that my room wasn't there and she didn't have a room for me and walked away from the desk without offering any type of solution or any other help at all
