There was no room cleaning but that could be my fault for not reading the guidelines. I did have to go down to the front desk to get my own towels. And upon arrival there must’ve been a massive leak throughout the building. My entire floor was surrounded by industrial fans drying out the area area so we constantly had to walk around the fans. There was a lot of noise coming from these fans. It would have been better if someone would have given us a heads up that our room was in the middle of a disaster area

Walked into our room and noticed a large piece of pealing paint. Noticed large bubbling behind the dry wall. Took a closer look and noticed an extremely large amount of mold! Photos were taken but not seeing an option to upload here. Speaking to multiple staff it appears this was a known issue. Yet upper management have not approved the proper expensive fix. It appears they would rather staff and guest get sick from mold then fix this issue. We’re we’re moved to a new room for the “inconvenience”. This was a conjoined room with a very loud party were up were yelling well past 2am. Safe to say this was not a relaxing trip.

Over all our stay was great. We always stay here when visiting family. The only complaint really is the bathroom sink and shower was still dirty from the last guest. There was hair in both places. BUT the room was very clean and the bed is so comfortable! We will continue to stay here.

Everything about my hotel stay was fine until checkout. I was under the impression that my room was going to cost $159 a night. Nothing at the time i booked said room indicated that each night would be a different charge. I was charged $159 for Thursday, $189 for Friday and $179 for Saturday. There were just about $100 "hidden fees" included in my stay that Expedia assured me did not exist. I will be making a formal complaint through both your hotel and Expedia. $622 for a 3 day stay in downtown Springfield is ridiculous.
