The house was adequate for 3 people. The host was available quickly. Furniture comfortable. Kitchen amenities okay. Price was very good.The floors in the house need to be reinforced and recovered, they creaked and popped over most areas. Although parking was stated in front of house on street it was tight for 2 vehicles.

This was a perfect place to stay for our visit to Dayton. The property was very nice and clean. It is in a great location with a grocery store and gas station right around the corner. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay!

We were looking for a place to stay for Easter weekend and Mike's place fit the bill. It had everything we needed - location, a safe area, plenty of on-street parking, a comfortable interior for the family, and a very responsive host. We're looking forward to our next stay!
