Guests can enjoy an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace, terraces under plane trees, and a private village square. There’s parking for 12 cars on-site, with additional parking available nearby. House Rules: No disturbances to the surrounding area. Maximum capacity is 34 guests; this limit cannot be exceeded. The property is not available for groups of young people unless a quiet gathering is ensured. An in-house audio system is provided; personal speakers and amplifiers are not allowed. The system also includes a 2-meter HD+ screen suitable for lectures and courses.
