The cleaning staff here were particularly good. Wi-fi was good, too. The room was spacious and comfortable, except for lack of a desk and microwave. That's on us, though, for not looking for those things specifically. I just haven't been in a hotel room without a desk since I can remember, so I didn't think to check on this. Otherwise, everything was great.

The rooms may be refurbished but the original aircon remains and is too loud to sleep (changed rooms twice - same issue). Rooms are not cleaned till late afternoon providing massive inconvenience when working. Room service menu extremely limited. Pool was closed for the week which was not advertised in advance. Terrible service in trying to get issues rectified.

Staff were helpful however hardware upgrades are needed: 1) only one chair in our room for two guest. 2) kettle is too big for the sink 3) drain at shower not working well, causing flooding at shower 4) remote controller for aircon was missing so we had to contact reception. In addition, no hand towels, bath towels had stains. No recycling bin in room. Card charge is 1.5%. We paid for 3 people for full breakfast and ordered one coffee by barista, still got charged. We were given rooms at level 1. By my wife’s request we had rooms at level 6, windows facing a building only few metres away. My general feeling is that if you are not a Marriott Bonvoy, you are not very welcomed. Above all, staff at reception were helpful.

The room I had looked onto the car park and the lights were on all night, the flimsy curtain that covered the window did not keep the lights out and the bed was in the wrong position, so sleeping was very hard to do.

Quiet,convenience to central hub. Dining room dinner options very ordinary,seafood basket was dry,deep fried frozen food out of boxes. Garlic prawn fettucine was not garlicky and almost no sauce, rendering it very tasteless,meals were not good.
