Rezervasyonu gecerli saymadılar. Biz Hotel.com la calışmıyoruz dediker. Ve gecelik 100 tl aldılar. Sitenizin otelle irtibatı yokmu. Zararımın acil olarak tazminini istiyorum

eşimle iş dolayısıyla bölgeye yakın bi otel arayıp internetten alelacele buldum. Otel konumu iyi. Personel iyi niyetli ancak bunlar otelin berbatlığını kapatamıyor. Mekruh bina tadında bir yerde kalmak gibi fantaziniz varsa kaçırmayın. Temizlik olayı sıfır. Odada sabun bile yoktu. Sanki otel her an boşaltılacak kapanacak hissiyatı veriyor. Kahvaltı için indik sabah 8:30 gibi. Birine sorduk kahvaltı nerde diye. Aldığımız cevap: henüz kimse gelmediği için yok. Kaçtık artık başımıza birşey gelmesin diye. Zorlamayın bence kapatın orayı. Çok otel gördüm bu kadar berbatını görmemiştim hiç.
