When i called the day before i arrived, they couldnt verify my 2 bed handicap room i ordered. Secondly, after i checked in a staff member entered our room. This person came in about 3pm. He said the room was not on the list. On the second day, no one cleaned our room. They said there was a do not disturb sign on our door when we left. That was totally incorrect. I tried to call the staff but no one ever answered the phone for two days. Finally i went downstairs and front desk lady said she was the only one there so she couldnt assist us. My wife cleaned the room her self. so nothing went as per the hotels policies. It was a nightmare.

Excellent staff and service. They have to go breakfast bags and provided ice scrapers for cleaning the car when caught in an overnight snow along with hot coffee.
