Front desk clerk was not professional and I called front desk later to let them know the trash can on 2nd floor by the elevator was smelling very bad. I was told no house keeping was on duty. From a customer service representative they have done them self. The food and waitress was GOOD!!!

Terrible property. We walked in our room and walked back out and let the staff know that the room smelled of dirty water/pool water/vomit. Even sent a text and was told someone was going there immediately to fix it and came back to the room NO ONE came in the room. The GM ALEJANDRA is a terrible acring GM, she gave no solution for a refund. We did NOT stay there and today she tells me that the room was used when it was not because it smelled awful we packed up and left! She then LIED and said they seen us on camera leaving at 452am which was not tried as we were boarding our airplane back home at that time! We slept on the airport floor! I will be reporting this to the health department. It has black mold all in the shower and bathroom wood door as well!

We stayed on the first floor and I during the night woke up to hear music playing by the pool. I got up to call the desk and the phone didn’t work. I waited and went early in the morning and they told he that it is always on during the night, but they would lower it for me. That never happened, so I was up both nights.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Housekeeping and Service

I stayed at this hotel near Lauderdale Airport from Saturday to Tuesday with my boyfriend. The first day was fine, but the rest of our stay was very disappointing. We knew full room cleaning wasn’t available until after three days, but we requested some basic service—fresh towels, trash removal (since we had food delivery), and possibly to make the bed. We asked the front desk on the first day, but no one came. The next day, we asked again and explained the trash was piling up and we needed clean towels to shower. We were told again that they couldn’t make the bed but could take out the trash. We asked them to please do what they could. They eventually gave us towels, but the water in the shower was ice cold—no hot water, which made the shower very uncomfortable. We went down again, called them from the room, and repeated our request. Still, when we returned, nothing had been done—no trash removed, no clean towels, and the room was untouched. We asked again and gave our room number. They said they’d call housekeeping, but no one ever came. We were very disappointed with the lack of attention to our repeated requests. It made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating. Basic service like taking out trash and providing towels shouldn’t be this difficult. I would not recommend this hotel.

AWESOME STAY, GOOD PRICE

I have stayed here multiple times in the past. Food and bar were excellent then time for pool and hot tub, still top notch. Only disappointment was that I had to travel on. I for sure will continue to patronize this location in the future.
