The hotel was clean & quiet. The staff was super friendly & knowledgeable. For me, the best part of my stay was the bed & pillows. They were extremely comfortable! I didn't want to leave it. I had an excellent night of rest. I would definitely stay there again.

Okay hotel.

So check in was good, everybody was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and spacious. There were two things that will eliminate this hotel from my future business. The first and foremost thing is that the bed was absolutely horrible. It was like sleeping on a wet sponge, way too soft, no support whatsoever. Secondly the breakfast was very mediocre. On a couple of occasions items would run out and would not be replenished. The eggs showed up in a plastic bag that was microwaved and then dumped into a heated serving dish. I don’t even really know if they were real eggs. I had stayed at the best Western in Knoxville, which was a fabulous hotel in every way. This hotel was nowhere near the quality of that. This is an OK hotel but I will not stay there again. One of their biggest problems from a business perspective is that they are surrounded by other beautiful hotels. I travel to Dalton, Georgia for business often, and I will look to one of the other hotels in the future.

Our stay was arranged through American Airlines Travel Agency. We have stayed in many, many hotels and this was by far the WORST I’ve ever walked in my life. Every part of the hotel we were in had a very funky smell. Our room was not clean. Both the outside and inside of the bathroom door had holes in them. The grout in the bathroom was black, flacking around the toilet and tub. It showed signed of water damage on the ceiling or worse. We booked a 3 night stay and got in late the first night. We only slept in the bed that night then immediately next morning checked out requesting a refund of the next two nights stay plus the deposit. It doesn’t look like that is going to happen despite the check out staff saying they would have accommodate. If they do, I will share a revised review. Obviously we had to then find a suitable rates, fees, etc. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THE HOTEL.

We were passing through on a road trip and this hotel was perfect. Very clean, very convenient location, felt very safe and the staff was super friendly. Tons of food options within 5 minutes- we recommend oki hibachi for a great affordable meal. Also it is pet friendly! Would definitely stay again.

Ok but not much attention to details

Checked in and room had broken AC and no tv remote. Checked in to second room, was ok but bath sink had no sink plunger to hold water. It had not been hooked up. Was ok other than that. Breakfast was one of the least favorites of our trip.
