Overall good stay

The property is located in a great spot, not necessarily walking distance (most things you get on the highway to get to). But still a short 5 minute drive. The place could use some TLC to make the stay more enjoyable like curtains in the bedrooms to make it darker when sleeping and an upgraded living room couch. The place was reasonable and worked for what we needed for the weekend.

Nice place and good location!

We enjoyed our stay. Close to entertainment and grocery stores. We especially appreciated the security with the gated parking lot. Perfect place for two couples with each having their own bathroom. Excellent communication with hosts - they responded immediately to our one issue and was resolved right way. I would stay here again!

Excellent Alternative to local hotels

We needed to stay in the Frisco area for a week for business. This was an excellent alternative for the week. It allowed us to reduce our overall lodging costs PLUS have all the conveniences of home! Highly recommend.

Work/Play home base

Spent 5 days at this unit and it was too short of a stay! Everything you need, close to EVERYTHING in the area, probably the most comfortable beds I have slept in for a short term rental and a beautiful/safe complex! Communication with the host was easy and although the instruction for checkin and checkout was detailed and lengthy, it was simple to follow as it was clear and concise. Unless already booked, I will definitely stay here again next time I am in the area for work!

Two Days of Fun Getaway!

Jamie & Terian we AMAZING host!!! The apartment was exactly as described! We had everything we need, and it was very well kept, and clean! The beds were also comfortable, which is always a big plus!! We did have a a little hiccup in the start of our stay, but let me tell you these two went above 👆 and beyond to make sure the issue was corrected and our stay was enjoyable!! Having an attentive host, is so important, as they continued to check on us and make sure all things were fixed and we were comfortable!! We will definitely be staying with Jamie and Terian anytime we are in the colony area and only needing a small apartment! It’s perfect for a group of 6, or even 4! I can assure you, that you can book with confidence when booking this unit, or any properties hosted by these amazing host!! Thank you again! We can’t wait to come back! - Sara P.

Great clean place

We had a great experience here ! Very clean rooms , clean bathrooms, and Tons of great restaurants & Shopping within 10 minutes of the place. There is a TV in every room & trash is collected and a big walk-in closet in every room . The Wi-Fi is great (if you need to work ) and the in unit washer & dryer is nice too !

Great condo and location

Condo was just as described. The hosts were very friendly and super responsive from booking al the way throughout the stay. Their instructions were delivered exactly on time and were very descriptive. As stated in other reviews, its on the 3rd floor so you do have to be able to do stairs, but the advantage is no residents above you. This is right off of a highway so it's super easy to get anywhere in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. Staying in Nov, we had to use the Air Conditioning and Heat, both worked well and the condo was always very comfortable. We used the hot tub one day and were the only people in the pool area. It's a large pool so it would be nice if you are staying in warmer months. I would recommend and stay again!
