The staff is very nice and efficient. The rooms were clean and updated. There is a nice coffee shop and restaurants inside the hotel. Also near the canals which is nice, as well as the freeways.

I really loved the fact that when I went in to take my makeup off. They had a makeup towel. This is the first hotel that I’ve ever visited that had a special black towel for makeup removal. Sounds like a small gesture. But for me it was great!

Nice Stay

This hotel was really nice, comfortable, and clean. The bed was super relaxing, and the design of the room was pleasing to the eye. I would like to note this is a pet friendly hotel. The couple next door left their puppy unattended one night and he wouldnt stop barking. After two hours we called the front desk and they contacted the owners while they were out. The issue was resolved in a matter of 30 minutes. There is also a daily parking fee for an unsecured parking lot. Also, we could hear alot of street noise from the highway...however if your not a light sleeper it isnt a deal breaker. I would stay again because the cleanliness and comfort outweighed any cons.

Check-in was slow, staff was nice, we had to pay for parking and a resort fee we weren’t aware of. They also charge a $150 hold for incidentals. Bar was nice, food was good. We love the pool and canal access. Beautiful property.

It’s a very nice hotel. Our room was closer to the highway so we could hear all of the traffic. However, I do like the proximity to the highway, it’s very convenient. They have a Mediterranean restaurant in the and an infinity pool if you need a quiet night in. I was not of fan of the barn style bathroom door. I wish it was a traditional door. You feel like you don’t have privacy when you can see people while your sitting on the toilet. Also, the neighborhood we drove through to get there was really nice. I would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The restaurant is awesome! The staff was friendly, but slow. The TV in our room worked sometimes...loading channels was too slow or not happening so we had to use streaming services. Not a big deal, but inconvenient. The walls were thin...we could hear the voices and TV from the room next door. On the other side, there was some kind of repair or construction going on...noisy. Loved the view of the canal.

We were very pleased with our stay. Check in was a breeze. The staff were very welcoming & helpful. They greeted us every time they saw us. The hotel itself looks fairly new and was very pretty. We especially enjoyed that it was on the waterways with boats and kayaks. The infinity pool overlooking it is great! Our room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and clean. The shower was beautiful. Would love to stay here again while visiting Irving.
