Da Nang visit

Amazing stay in a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. True 5 star accommodation and service. Breakfast buffet was terrific with lots of choices, fresh cooked eggs. Safe neighborhood, easy walk to the river. Beautiful kind people, great trip to Da Nang. Thank you!

room smell very bad as odor

The living room has unpleasant smell of odor and also in the hallway before you enter to your room. You do not want to stay in the room either,so I have to closed the door from the living room. The front desk has limit service for their customer and unfriendly.

Centrally located and good service

At the time of check-in, we (consisting of 3 adults and 1 child) were welcomed by refreshing iced tea. Everyone including reception staff, porters and doorman were very friendly and extremely professional. My parents who celebrated their wedding anniversary during their stay there were very impressed about the beautiful towel arts prepared in their room. I understand that this hotel is relatively new and everything felt new. We stayed in 2 bedroom suite. Beds were comfortable and clean. The only minor problem I noticed but did not really bother too much was that there was evidence of water leakage on the wall which may have caused by plumbing issues. Breakfast had good choices of both Western and Asian food. There were many tourist groups so the restaurant was little crowded. It has nice swimming pool, dry sauna and steam room which we briefly used and enjoyed very much. The hotel also provides shuttle bus service to Han Market and Beach which we used once and found very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel especially for those people travelling as families. I would certainly stay there again if I travel to Da Nang in the future.

the staff were very helpful. and the hotel room is much bigger than our expectation with good view .there is also free shuttle to Han market , beach , vincom etc which is very convenient. the location of the hotel is a little bit far from the centre of the city which require 20mins walk, but if you are going by taxi it just require 5 mins. overall , it is a good hotel

Pleasant stay at this hotel

Really enjoyed the accommodation of this place and it’s location isn’t bad. If you can get the view from the river room it’s worth it to see in the early morning and at night. Breakfast buffet is good I’m glad they change up their options unlike some breakfast hotels I’ve been to. I had the chance to eat at their sushi restaurant and really enjoyed the ambience and the food was delicious. My only issue is the WiFi is a bit slow but it’s not a deal breaker to me since I just needed to check places to eat but I would have appreciated better speeds to watch YouTube videos. Other than that thanks again and I’ve definitively be back.

nice hotel in good location

i have reserve two Premier twobed riverview room from 1-5aug2018 hotel location in good, easy access to good restaurant and have minimart just opposite the hotel and many coffee shop nearby lobby is small and quite dark, but room is very good, good view and clean breakfast also good taste and many choice some problem with the toilet and aircon when we checkin but hotel staff help immediately and solve, swimming pool is big but water is freezing as locate inhouse and no direct sunshine that we not enjoy much, and the aircon in the restaurant need to improve, where we all getting wet when dining in the japanese restaurant at evening,but food is ok,

stupid shuttle bus policy

shuttle bus service provied is good but only 3 shuttle running in the morning only. And only serve 16 guests each bus with first come first serve base, despite there is no any registeration policy, all the guest need to rush in the bus and not by their coming order. On 30 July, when my wife and I arrived 10:45am (i.e. 15 minutes before the departure time 11:00am) at lobby to wait the bus, we ask the reception twice to notify them our demand of the bus service. They just told us to wait at lobby. Until 11:05am, we found the bus was leaved and nobody invite the guest to get on the bus, most of the guests were missed that bus. I made a complaint to the manager and gave some valueable suggestion for them to improve such as 1.reservation policy, 2. inform the guest at the lobby before the bus leave. The manager agree my suggestions and promise us that they will adopt that policies at once. However, when I use this service again one day after, there are no any improvment. Disappointed about that.

Good facilities, good location in city area

I have stayed here for 2 nights. I like this hotel, overall. Regarding the check-in, around 10pm on Friday, might be a bit jammed because of the flight schedules. Facilities are great so far, still almost brand-new condition and well-maintained. House keeping can be improved a bit more, although it's quite clean and tidy. Staff can speak decent English. Unfortunately my room was located next to the one building facility room (I guess there are outdoor units for Air-conditioner), some people, who cannot accept that type of sound, might be uncomfortable. At the night time, WiFi speed was decreased a lot. Breakfast, it is buffet style, I like the dishes served by the Farmhouse Restaurant at 5th Floor.
