Great home. But the service is next to none.

Property manager was very nice. Checked in with me before my flight there to provide details about the area. Provided us with amazing communication detail. Also had a local house helper for anything I needed. Helped book a private car to Hoi An, and gave recommendations on where to go and eat and what to see. The service is amazing. Hands down the best exp I have ever had. Service is highly comparable to high end hotels.
