In der Küche alles, was man(frau) zum Urlaubskochen so braucht,war vorhanden. War begeistert.Wohnung sauber und modern eingerichtet. Garage für grosse Autos viel zu eng, wofür der Vermieter aber nichts kann, eher der Bauherr.Haben uns wohl gefühlt. Danke .

Frisch renovierte und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Frisch renovierte, sehr saubere und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Auch das Gebäude wurde offensichtlich vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.Bushaltestelle "Freibad Steinmarne" direkt vor der Tür. Aldi-Markt in etwa 500 m Entfernung. Strand rund 400 m entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Obergeschoss und ist zum angrenzenden Campingplatz hin orientiert, wodurch sie luftig mit freiem Blick liegt, das nächste Gebäude ist erst in größerer Entfernung zu sehen. Für einen Aufenthalt in Cuxhaven uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Nah am Meer

Alles hat prima geklappt. Die Wohnung ist hell, ruhig, geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Kinderzimmer allerdings für zwei weitere Erwachsene nicht zu empfehlen. Wir hatten auch den angebotenen Strandkorb reserviert, sehr praktisch und alles dicht dabei. Jeden Morgen frische Brötchen vom Campingplatz nebenan. Wir vier hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienewohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte nichts. Die Lage ist nah am Strand und der Promenade und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Zu der Wohnung gehört eine Garage und es gibt Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Kinderwagen, Bollerwagen etc. Wir werden sie auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Wohnung wie beschrieben ,alles vorhanden was man braucht ,sehr sauber

Wohnung in guter Lage ,es is alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, ein keiner Mangel ist das man bei Wind mit Regen nicht auf dem Balkon sitzen kann ,hier könnte mit einem Windschutz an der Linken Seite für Abhilfe gesorgt werden

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage

Die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet, die Lage ist super (Bus vor dem Haus, nicht zu laut, einkaufen und Strand in direkter Nachbarschaft). Die Küche ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe war schnell, unkompliziert und sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage; nicht weit von Strand und nicht weit vom Zentrum. Die Wohnung selbst ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und hat unseren Ansprüchen (2 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind) perfekt genügt. Fragen wurden vom Vermieter und Verwaltung schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Top Lage und Ausstattung, altertümlicher Stil - super!

Wie schon andere vor mir geschrieben haben, so ist die Einrichtung etwas altertümlich vom Stil her - aber das ist Geschmackssache. Die Qualität der Möbel und allem ist aber 1A Tip-Top. Und der Stil ist immerhin in der ganzen Wohnung durchgehalten. Trotz des Stils würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen und kann es vorbehaltlos jedem empfehlen! Im Juni 2020 war die Sauna noch immer nicht in Betrieb. In der Wohnung Findet man alles, was man sich eigentlich vorstellen kann. Die Küche ist sehr gut und reichhaltig (Geschirr, Töpfe, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Herd). Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein großes TV und BluRay Player. Auch einige BluRay sind da. Internet klappt wunderbar. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine gute Weitsicht (aber keinen Meerblick). Bequeme Stühle und Liege dort. Einzig das Tischchen auf dem Balkon könnte größer sein - für 2 Personen gut, für mehr eng. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Nah zum Meer. Direkt am Campingplatz mit Bistro/Kiosk. Auch zum Aldi ist es nicht weit. Zum (laut TripAdvisor) besten Fischrestaurant "Alt Döse" sind es zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten, wenn nicht sogar weniger. Der Eigentümer ist auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zusammenfassung: Wirklich sehr, sehr gut!

Toller Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, sehr ruhig und liegt ganz toll in der Nähe zum Strand, mit Blick über duhnen. Die Einrichtung ist teils etwas altmodisch, aber sehr hochwertig und genau so wie auf dem Bildern. Wir waren überrascht, wie groß die Wohnung ist! Die Sauna wird renoviert, was tatsächlich auch nötig ist, ansonsten ist das Objekt zwar nicht neu aber sehr gut instand gehalten mit vielen renovierten Anteilen. Super Kontakt zum Vermieter! Genre wieder!
