Una vacanza meravigliosa in Puglia

Una casa stupenda avendo tutto che e necesario per un soggiorno. Anche se non e sul mare, da qui e molto comodo visitare i migliori posti e le spiagge bellisime. La casa si trova in un posto molto tranquilo in campagna. Grazie!

Meravigliosa!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana fantastica nella vostra bellissima villa, avremmo voluto fermarci di più. Casa splendida, pulitissima, fornita di tutto, con un patio trasformato in sala da pranzo e salotto esterno. Siamo stati accolti e seguiti con grande gentilezza e cura dalla signora Massi e tutta la famiglia. I proprietari puntuali e rapidi nelle risposte alle nostre domande, un grazie particolare alla signora Teresa, persona squisita e di grande gentilezza. Che dire? Raccomandatissimo e, se sarà possibile, torneremo senz'altro. Grazie mille!!! Cristina

Splendida villa super attrezzata con ampi spazi interni ed esterni. Ci sono tutti i comfort descritti nell'annuncio, non manca davvero nulla e se avete bisogno di qualcosa chiedete sarete subito accontentati. Accoglienza squisita. Un po troppe formiche dentro casa e api se vorrete trascorrere una giornata a casa ma dopotutto siamo in campagna. Ottima posizione per raggiungere tutte le spiagge del salento e per cenare fuori casa nei ristoranti di cutrofiano che meritano tutti. Vicini anche i servizi come il supermercato alda. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere.

Viaggio nel cuore del Salento

Casa bellissima e fornitissima di tutto l'occorrente, immersa nella natura e nel centro del Salento... Comoda per raggiungere ogni giorno posti differenti,da nord a sud e da est a ovest, in base ai venti o alla voglia di mare o di cultura. Abbiamo soggiornato comodamente in 2 famiglie con bambini e la signora Massimiliana che ci ha seguito è stata davvero carinissima e disponibile. A presto Puglia!

PERFETTA PER GIRARE IL SALENTO

Bella villetta vicino al Paese di Cutrofiano che ha supermercato e distributore. Foto coerenti con la realtà. Gentile il proprietario durante la procedura di prenotazione è molto gentile e Super Carinissima Massimiliana che ci ha consegnato le chiavi ed è stata sempre presente per ogni nostra esigenza (oltre ad Omaggiarci con le delizie del suo Orto). All'arrivo era già disponibile acqua fresca ed un piccolo omaggio di benvenuto da parte dei Proprietari. Unico problema ( credo dovuto al fatto che nei giorni precedenti la villetta era senza ospiti e non certo ai proprietari) sono state le formiche che erano abbondantemente prese ti in varie stanze della casa. Ma anche in questo caso grazie a prodotti presenti nella cantina a Massimiliana e qualche accortezza con il cibo tutto si è risolto per il meglio e siamo riusciti a goderci la vacanza.

soggiorno piacevole

La sig.ra Teresa proprietaria della casa anche se non fisicamente ci ha fatto sentire da subito a casa per telefono e anche sul posto con un piccolo omaggio. Stessa cosa vale per la sig.ra Massimiliana che ci ha accolto lì sul posto. La villa rispecchia pienamente le foto pubblicizzate: molto accogliente, pulita e funzionale nella posizione poichè è un ottima base sia per attività balneari(20-30 km sia dal versante ionico che da quello adriatico) sia per visite nelle località più rinomate ( 20-40km max da Otranto, Lecce e Gallipoli). Sicuramente ci rivedremo presto!

Magnifique

Comme nous arrivions assez tard Massi et sa fille nous attendaient à un point de rencontre organisé par la très sympathique propriétaire pour nous amener jusqu'à la maison, nous la faire visiter et remettre les clefs. La villa est très belle et confortable, bien entretenue, il n'y manque vraiment rien. Elle est entourée d'un immense jardin. La grande terrasse nous permet de prendre tous nos repas et de nous reposer à l'ombre. La propriété est située dans un endroit très calme proche du village et idéale comme point de départ pour découvrir la région qui est splendide. Notre séjour a passé beaucoup trop vite, nous serions volontiers restés plus longtemps, on s'y sentait comme à la maison. Nous avons tous passé des vacances inoubliables...nous y retournerons.

Très bon pour un bon repos au calme

Nous étions 6 adultes sans enfant et nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cet belle villa. On est à 35-45 min des plus belles plages de sable. Le seul point négatif du bâtiment est le wifi (très très lent). Nous vous conseillons cette villa sans problème !

Cutrofiano, point central dans les Pouilles

Très belle villa super équipée spacieuse avec de très beaux espaces extérieurs. Parfaite pour rayonner dans les Pouilles à la journée. Les villes et sites à voir sont accessibles facilement en en voiture, sans oublier les superbes plages. Très bon accueil et réactivité pour la réservation.

Villa degna di una vera vacanza nel salento

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa in 5 coppie, villa in posizione strategica per poter girare facilmente tutta la zona bassa della puglia. Ben arredata e molto confortevole. Tiziana vi accoglierá facendovi sentire subito come a casa vostra. Il padrome di casa anche se non li fisicamente è sempre attento e pronto ad aiutarvi in caso di esigenze particolari. Bellissima villa

Posto magnifico, lontano da tutto, Cutrofiano è un paese molto carino, vivo, non ho abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere i proprietari ma siamo stati assistiti dalla Sig Tiziana, disponibile, gentile e simpatica, meno male c’era l’aria condizionata perché di giorno fa veramente caldo, unica pecca è che il posto la notte è molto umido quindi non si può stendere la sera tardi ma la casa è provvista di asciugatrice quindi nessun problema, c’è il Wi-Fi ma inesistente, non prende proprio, consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia fare una vacanza nello splendido Salento e abbia voglia di girarlo questa villa, se mai dovessimo tornare sicuramente penseremo a tornare qui, due settimane indimenticabili
