We are located near Porto Ceresio, few km from the swiss border and it has luxury flats along with terraces overlooking Lake Lugano. The apartment is surrounded by the nature, so a silence and enjoyable atmosphere for your holidays. The Residence is fully equipped with any amenities: there is also a lift, outdoor parking and on the top level a wide sunbathing area along with an amazing swimming pool.
The flat is a cozy and bright two-room flat located in a quiet and green area, just a few meters away from Lugano lake. It has a double bed, a big sofa (it may be use as a bed for kids), a kitchen with induction hob, a table with chairs for lunch or dinner inside and an outdoor terrace for drinks or dinners. The bathroom is comfortable and has everything you need. The apartment is ideal for couples, families or travelers who want to discover the beauties of Lugano and its surroundings, as well as for those who want to discover the area of Lake Lugano without giving up some excellent Italian food and local hospitality.
