Wonderful stay

This house is perfect for stay near the springs. We enjoyed kayaking in the area and watching the manatees swim by the dock. The house is in the perfect location to watch the boats go by and not too far to kayak to the Homosassa Spring State Park. The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch in the evening to avoid the mosquitos. We cooked breakfast in the mornings and enjoyed checking out the local restaurants for lunch or dinner. We are looking forward to another stay here next year.

Great weekend getaway

We had a great time! Perfect location near the springs. Nice open floor plan. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We saw a ton of manatees and dolphin. The kids had a blast kayaking and fishing. We would highly recommend booking and plan on returning for another visit.

Clean and beautiful

Our stay was delightful. House was spotless. Cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. We enjoyed hanging out on the dock and sitting out in the yard and watching all the boats and kayaks float by. Saw manatees and one dolphin. We will return to stay again. Very thankful for this rental home. Made many memories.

Had a wonderful trip. Veiwed many manatees right from the dock. Kayaked right from property. Great stay. ONLY communication with property manager was a text stating checkin procedures aand basically do not show up even 1 minute early. Did not like dealing with Evolve, I asked a question and it took them 2 weeks to respond. BUT that all said, the property was perfect and would stay again.

Great stay

We’ve eyeballed most houses on the river for years after our year round fifth wheel was flooded in a storm. We’ve always loved the area of the rover this house is on. It’s been updated and was clean for our arrival. Can’t get a better location and we found everything we needed. Hope to be back soon.

Amazing Property

Everything was just perfect from check in to check out. Nancy went above and beyond to accommodate. We saw manatee and dolphin! We also caught a bunch of snapper. Loved everything about our peaceful stay on the river!

Wonderful House

Another wonderful stay at this property. Location is wonderful for the springs and to watch boats come by off the dock. Manatee swimming by during the day and fishing off the dock at night were highlights of the trip. House is very clean and has everything you need! Will stay here again when we come back. Once again only negative we would say is that for the price point they should consider offering kayaks with the property. 5 star house and 5 star location! Thanks for letting us enjoy this property!

Great Family Weekend

We enjoyed our time on the River. We swam with manatees and just hopped on our paddle boards for a paddle whenever we wanted. The house was great for family dinners. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet.

Perfect location

This is a very nice property and we had a great time. I was disappointed that there was no kayak or paddle board to get on the water so we went out and bought 2 kayaks. Loved going to the springs to see the manatees! Restaurants are very close, as is the grocery store. Boat rentals and manatee swim tours are also only a couple miles away. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. We even swam from the dock! Our family made some wonderful memories this week.

Great stay

Property is great as I grew up coming to this house as a kid and saw it on Airbnb and could not pass it up. House is redone wonderfully and is very nice and clean. Fishing from dock in the evenings was great. Black Drum, snapper were easily caught and my kids loved it! For the price compared to others would have been nice to have kayaks or paddle board included as other rentals do in this price point. Also, Only have YouTube tv so we could not watch the baseball playoffs or NFL games at night after coming in from fishing or boating(or did not know how to). Overall 5 star experience and would stay again and recommend to anyone.

Fantastic stay on the river

Spring Break

Well needed getaway for family of 5. We all had a great rime swimming with the manatees and getting in a little fishing (and catching). Property is in a great location for both activities. Will be coming back.

Coastal chic at its best

Truly enjoyed our stay! The property is clearly recently updated and redecorated with stylish and comfortable furniture and bedding. Plenty of room to be together as a family in the main living area or to spread out to the bedrooms or screened in porch. Was easy to sit on the porch and watch the world go by on the pontoon boats, kayaks and canoes! We saw manatees and lots of birds right from the dock - which you can swim off of - great location overall!

Awesome place to stay

This property was absolutely perfect. Location is outstanding, the house is very comfortable and clean and is located on the river close to the springs. Within 30 minutes of check-in, we had 4 large Manatees swimming around the dock. We also had a couple dolphins playing in the river one afternoon. Location is very good, only minutes from most of the things we wanted to see and do. Nancy Little Lewis was right on top of everything to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of during our stay. We will definitely rent this house again. Thanks!!
