The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was incredibly clean and tidy. Would highly recommend staying in there if you’re in the area. There was also a large choice of gluten-free options on the restaurants menu, which was ideal for my wife

Not for light sleepers - at least not the rooms on the 5th floor. It’s a shame because everything else was great. The staff are extremely friendly and the rooms have everything you need. But we heard suitcases being rolled along the floor above every couple of hours.

There should be concierge service to assists guests to take luggage to rooms and down . This service was lacking , there should be dedicated staff for this , front desk staff were very cooperative and courteous.

This hotel sells executive rooms with executive lounge access on weekends but there is no service in the lounge on weekends. The signs in the hotel say there is service but when you ask you are told otherwise. Not told at check-in. The main restaurant is closed as well. If we were aware earlier we would have picked a cheaper room or a different hotel

Lovely hotel, polite staff, large comfortable room and a bathroom with large shower and a bath tub, the toiletries smelt delicious. We ate in the restaurant and the food was hot and very tasty.

Proper working AC just wonderful

Amazing to find a Hôtel with proper working ac. 17 nights in different hotels this trip and this was only one with working ac. I really cannot recommend it enough. My special gratitude to the manager and staff for ensuring that the rooms have proper working ac. I actually got a great nights sleep unlike all the other hotels this trip.

Single EV charging point was occupied from the time we arrived around 9pm to the time we needed to leave in the morning (by the same car). Having a booking system and 1 hour slots rather than 'first come first served' with only a single charging point. I informed the front desk staff, but he was not particularly interested, could have suggested a nearby charging station it would have been something...this is going to be a common problem with more EV's.
