Excellent property.

I recommend that you add the word CHECK to the door code lock # instructions, as the key pad requires use of the check mark at the end of the code, to complete and open the door.AC was adjusted with one phone call and email request was answered immediately. Nice! Kitchen was amazing. Best stocked appliances of every type. Dishwasher was not in same condition as the other appliances, but worked fine.

I’ll be back! Great location!

Great condo. Very clean. Great, fast, attentive communication with management. Location is terrific: close to town, across the street from a grocery store, great restaurant within 4 minute walk (Jeanie’s: breakfast, lunch, & dinner). Great pool and hot tub. Excellent views as you’re right on the ocean. Has its own dock so dive operators pick you up at your doorstep. A/C and fans work well. Kitchen is nicely stocked with plates, glasses, utensils, blenders, pots/pans, etc. Beach towels provided. Linens and beds are terrific. Plenty of Bluetooth speakers. MINOR complaints only: 1. ice maker is very loud (sounds like a laundry washing machine, pretty much non-stop), so we ended up turning it off. 2. The dishwasher racks are horribly rusted and need to be replaced. 3. Master bedroom has a lot of road noise, so close the hurricane shutters and bring earplugs; it is what it is but with shutters closed and earplugs, it was fine. 4. Two safes , but only one sort of works. RECOMMENDATIONS: * Aldora Divers Is an amazing dive operation. * Cozumel Sailing on the Toucan was great and a half day of bottom fishing was spectacular and successful. * Casa Mission was our favorite restaurant. * Great breakfast: La Cocina de Silvia * Senor Iguanas bar/restaurant on east side of island has live music (GREAT band!) on Wednesdays & Saturdays; don’t miss this! * Don’t bother going to see the Mayan ruins at El Cedral. * Good ATM across street to NE in the city hall building

Comfortable and a good location

The El Cantil Building is excellent, with good and attentive staff, a very nice pool area, nice snorkeling right off of the pier and shopping just across the street. The furniture is not designer modern...but..WOW...is it comfortable, which was a big hit on movie nights. The patio is very nice, with a couch large enough for afternoon naps in the ocean breeze. The drying rack on the balcony is very handy. There were a few scratches and dents on the refrigerator and a few scratches and dents elsewhere, but it was a minor detraction. We will probably return. Note: if you stay during carnival you WILL hear amplified disco music until THREE or FOUR AM, as the carnival is right across the street.

Home Away From Home

We loved our stay and are already hoping to come back next year. It is a very comfortable apartment with amazing view and location, quiet ceiling fans, good AC, with lots of added touches-drying rack on the balcony, water purifier, bidet, pool noodles and a yoga mat. Security guards were so friendly and helpful. Eve, the local contact was very responsive. Yes there is some noise from the neighboring all inclusive and activities in the square. Ample beach and other towels. Sofas were quite comfortable. 4 of 5 stars due to: only one safe works and the other we were told by Eve has a standard combo not one we could enter ourselves, the interior of the dishwasher was impressively rusty and peeling. Also, there are 3 TVs with no directions on how to work them. The living room TV developed an error message, a repairman came and removed it, replacing it with one from the bedroom which worked for a few days. We reported that it stopped but no one came, possibly because we said we started using the 3rd TV in the 2nd bedroom. Still, the positives far surpassed a few negatives. We were very happy there and hope to be back.

Cozumel stay

The location was perfect for us and our group . The condo was spotless and the view was incredible . The elevator was broken and not able to access our floor without going up one flight of stairs , which was a bit of an inconvenience for my aging parents . Also, the guest bedroom safe did not work. I still rated 5 stars and would definitely stay here again. The pool and ocean access was great !

Amazing location

In town for the Ironman race. Location was perfect. Access to the ocean to prepare for the race was perfect. Access to bike and run path was perfect in order to prepare. Pool area perfect for recovery. Walking to market and center of town was perfect. Will definitely stay here again for my next race.

Perfect Condo in the middle of town

Smaller condo, which was perfect for just my wife and I. Everything worked great, AC kept the unit cool, and the internet was super fast for streaming sports. Great location to walk to most places.

Nice condo with great location. Would have liked: Extra bath towels-only 2/bathroom until maid comes every other day. Instructions to operate TVs/multiple remotes-only able to get one channel on each TV Needs better matresses in bedroom with two twins pushed together- lumpy and well worn spots and small hard pillows.

Everything was as advertised and we had a great time. The view was amazing, but we were there when the temperatures reached records, so the west facing patio was hard to use until after sunset. One minor thing to fix is the keypad on the entry door, it needs to be replaced, as it usually took several swipes to get the key code to be visible.
