We loved the rental and wish we could have stayed longer! Loved the outdoor fireplace, comfy beds, inviting living room with cozy blankets, huge dining table, view, etc.!

This was my second stay at this property and it was wonderful! The house is beautiful and well maintained. Gorgeous ocean views and less than 10 minutes to downtown Coupeville.

This is a very well decorated comfortable cabin/house. The only problem we had was the bathrooms. Because of our age they were not easy to use. Also the jet flyovers were very loud. A walk in shower in the guest bathroom and taller toilets would be a good improvement.

Cozy and quaint little cottage by the bay.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our week long stay in this cozy little cottage on Whidbey Island. The cottage was very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our quiet mornings on the deck with a fire overlooking the bay and our boys (ages 7 and 5) really enjoyed the horse shoes and pool table in the evenings.

It was wonderful. Nice location, well maintained. We were out and about a lot so didn’t spend much time there and wish we’d been able to enjoy the deck more but we had a full schedule. My only feedback would be that I am not a fan of carpeting near the water. In any house, not specifically this one. Too much moisture makes it hard to keep things fresh.

We loved the house and views. It was not on the beach as we had thought but we did enjoy it. Everything was very clean and the house was stocked with everything you could need. Attention was given to every detail! It is a quiet location and beautiful area.

Perfect Long Weekend Retreat for Four (plus 1 fur baby)

Pennie’s accommodations and little touches throughout the house were just what we needed. The check-in and checkout processes were both smooth. The short walk to the beach gives the best of both worlds, a great view of Saratoga Passage and an exciting walk on the beach with lots of sea treasures. The property is huge and well maintained with lots of wildlife to view as well sat drinking our coffee in the morning. Thanks Pennie for sharing your place with us!

Best Vacation Rental Experience I’ve Ever Had

I don’t have enough good words to do this trip and this beautiful home justice, but here are a few notes. It really was that good. Even before our stay started, Pennie’s kindness and hospitality were above and beyond. We knew the home was beautiful, but upon arriving, it was far more beautiful than even the photos show. We spent every morning and every night of the trip by the fire overlooking the water and families of deer. The home had everything you could think of needing and then some. No detail was left unthought of. The drive into Coupeville was super quick and easy, and getting to the other towns on the island was just as easy. There is truly nowhere else we could imagine staying on Whidbey Island ever again. We were spoiled from start to finish, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to spend a week resting and laughing in such a beautiful spot.
