Perfect!

This property was just what we were looking for, for our trip. It was comfortable, functionable, beautifully decorated and in a wonderful location. We brought our dogs and the backyard was great! I highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Cotter or the surrounding areas!

Perfect Weekend Rental

The Country-Chic Cotter Home was the perfect place for our weekend trip to the Ozarks. Centrally located to every place we needed to visit between Mountain Home, Flippin, Bull Shoals, Lakeview, and Midway. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs and we knew they were safe exploring the yard. The house has everything you need! We would absolutely book this property again on our next trip to the area.

Clean, well-appointed charming home in Cotter. Everything we needed during our family visit. Lovely kitchen and great size bathroom, along with comfortable beds and bedding. Nice-size fenced backyard. Great for hanging out and letting pets run around.

All good, comfy master bed (didn’t use others) - great fenced in backyard. Look for check in instructions from Evolve, a bit concerning at last minute but they had phone support which was great. Will book again for future!

Cotter Getaway

This is the third time staying with this property, as with all the other stays, our stay was wonderful, there has been upgrades to the outside of the property such as a gas fire pit, and new patio furniture since our last stay. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and not far from the swimming hole, boat ramp and playground. The fenced in back yard and doggie door was great, my fur babies has just as much fun as us human. I would recommend this property and stay here again in the future.

Adorable House On the Hill

We needed a house that was pet friendly and close to the Buffalo and White Rivers. We found that and more with this house. We absolutely loved this house. You could feel the love and work that went into making this house a home. The chic decor was adorable. We loved the outdoor living space with tv. The fenced in yard with a doggie door was perfect. The neighbors were close, but quiet and kind. The beds were comfy. The location was perfect for us. We went floating on the Buffalo, swimming at the Big Spring park, shopping in Branson, ate at Mountain Home, and enjoyed the White River. Cotter is a cute little town. All in all, it was a great house for us. We look forward to visiting again.

We enjoyed a week at the cottage, mom, son and sons fishing buddies. I cooked multiple meals each day and had everything I needed. Super cute decor, great internet & technologically advanced tv ‘s . A perfect location and charming community! Very happy with Hill House!

Trout fishing hideaway

The town of Cotter is ideally located on a peninsula of the White River. Access is simple. THe house has been refurbished with a sort of rustic charm. Very enjoyable and convenient. The owners were very easy and good to work with as we had an issue on our end and they were extremely accommodating. Cotter has charm.

This house was obviously very old but also upgraded with modern appliances, tvs, fans, etc. We had a great time and loved especially the back porch where we spent much of our time. Only negative is only one bathroom. It was not a problem for the two of us but could have been if individuals were staying in upstairs bedrooms. Outside TV was great as was the gas grill.

This is a very clean and functional property that delivers on how it’s advertised. It served as our home base for a week of trout fishing. The only reason we gave it less than 5 stars is because we weren’t able to get the outside tv to work. The host was excellent and very responsive. The outside covered deck was a relaxing retreat after a day on the water. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was perfect and beautiful. It had everything we could have possibly wanted and more. It was just myself and my parents but could sleep much more. Beds were very comfortable. The only downside to the trip was the river didn’t cooperate and we weren’t able to fish any. Overall it was an excellent stay!
