SEJOUR PARFAIT!

Très bon accueil et séjour parfait chez Sabine! La maison est très agréable, très propre, la vue est spectaculaire! J'aime particulièrement la décoration soignée avec son coté bord de mer, on se sent en vacances tout de suite! La piscine est super, les enfants ont passé leur temps à jouer et à nager! Les chambres sont spacieuses et le séjour très agréable avec sa vue sur les montagnes et la mer. Mention spéciale pour la douche extérieure de retour de plage chauffée! J'ai adoré la proximité des lieux sauvages et de la magnifique plage de Portigliolo où il est possible d'inscrire les enfants à l'école de voile à partir de 4 ans! Je conseille vivement cette location et y retournerai sans nul doute! Merci Sabine

location maison différente de l'annonce proposée

48 H avant de prendre la location, le propriétaires ont décidé de changer de maison et nous ont mis dans une maison sans piscine. Nous avons été mis devant le fait accompli sans recours , Cela ne correspondait pas du tout à l'annonce et de plus impossible de récupérer les chèques caution soit 2.150 € quasiment 3 semaines après. Nous attendons une réponse d'Abritel avant de faire un recours auprès des autorités compétentes.

Superbes vacances face à la mer!

Maison bien équipée et très confortable tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur avec en bonus une vue magnifique. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances en famille. En plus de jolies petites plages toutes proches, nous avons fait et recommandons 2 excursions superbes et faciles d'accès en 20 min depuis la maison : le Capo di Muru et la Cala d'Orzo.

Séjour agréable, attention aux cautions

Pour la villa en elle-même, RAS, nous y avons passé un agréable séjour ! En revanche, sans entrer dans les détails, pour moi un bémol subsiste sur la gestion des cautions par les propriétaires. Mon conseil pour les futurs locataires : La caution ménage (150€) semble être encaissée un peu trop facilement. Ne perdez pas votre temps avec la serpillière et profitez plutôt des belles plages aux alentours. Si vous ne voulez vraiment pas payer, prévoyez du temps, de la main-d’œuvre et des cotons-tiges !
