The hotel is in a central location in Cotai and is well connected internally to The Venetian Hotel, The Londoners Hotel and The Four Seasons Hotel. We booked a Twin Deluxe room with 2 double beds. The room was clean and had all the amenities that you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The swimming pools and hot spa pools are amazing and we enjoyed it so much. You can enjoy the view of the Eiffel Tower from the pools. We highly recommend that you visit the top of the Eiffel Tower in the evening as the views from above are breathtaking. You can pretty much see the spectacular light displays from all the surrounding hotels.

From the moment I arrived I was treated so well. I was escorted to my room. Offered dim sum service for the first night complimentary, then the second night there were cold grapes on the table when I got back for the night. The fridge was also stocked with drinks also complimentary. The staff was readily available over text. Breakfast was amazing, I ordered room service several times throughout my stay and the bathtub was amazing and well kept. I also got a massage and used the spa. Overall a great stay one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at by far. Only regret I wanted to have dinner at the tower but I didn’t make my reservation in time.
