Room REEKED, could hear everyone in the hallway, evening and 4 am. Biggest issue was the clearly uncleaned room that reeked of sweat. WAY overpriced. Worth more like $65/night, tops.

The rooms were newly renovated and extremely clean. Nice touches in the lobby and the staff were very friendly and helpful, calling me immediately when I left something in the room. I would highly recommend for an affordable and clean place to stay when looking near Ithaca.

The window screen was bent indicating simeone may have tried to break in, window was not secure. The desk clerk was cordial and helpful. Some maintenance issues with the sink and fan light in bathroom, but didn't hinder the stay.

The room was very basic, but clean. It was conveniently located for our purposes, and was quiet overnight. I appreciate the fact that there was no extra charge for our dog, and there were grassy areas to walk her. The bathroom was very tiny, but the shower was good. The room was good sized, had plenty of room for an extra chair to sit in (which it lacked). It met our needs for the night, and there was coffee in the lobby in the morning.

I have never had a hotel tell me this regardless of Expedia booking. Expedia tried for 2 weeks to call them and never got an answer, then told me they had no choice but to leave it as is.
