We had the best stay at this listing. It was clean, cozy, had all the amenities that we were looking for like swimming pool, and beach entry. It is very close to restaurants and shopping. The owner communicated very well in regards to directions and what we needed for this trip. Very thoughtfull.

Trip to celebrate college graduation for our sons

My son and his boyfriend graduated college over s year ago, and both moms wanted to take them on a trip to celebrate. It took us awhile to get our ducks in a row, but we finally did. We spent 5 days and 4 nights in this vrbo on the beach, and it was lovely. Very clean, very roomy, so many appliances in the kitchen, so close to the beach, perfectly placed in Port A! We birded at the bird sanctuary, spent tons of time on the beach (so relaxing), ate in and out, went to the TX State Aquarium in Corpus, and had some amazing bonding time. It was a perfect get- away and a wonderful way to celebrate our sons' accomplishments!

It was a great place to stay and relax. Close to everything, well kept inside. Rich checked in with us to make sure everything was satisfactory several times. Other hosts are not so easy to get on touch with. That said we had no problems at all.

PA vacation

My wife and I plus a family friend stayed two weeks in the Port at Richard’s property. We have rented VRBO properties in various locations for a number of years. Richard’s communication and providing pertinent information was excellent throughout. The property was glistening clean with ample provisions for getting started with a vacation. Perfect getaway location

Loved our stay not only in this unit but in this complex. The unit is clean and fully stocked with everything you could need. The grounds are well kept and the pools are tended everyday. The walk to the beach is quick and easy, even our toddler had no complaints. Hosts were available for any questions we had. We will be back again Highly recommend staying here! .

Great location !

We stayed at this property for almost a month and it was perfect. Beach was a 3 minute walk and we had a nice view of it from the upper balcony. The airport in Corpus Christi was an easy drive to pick up our guests. The host of the property was absolutely wonderful and easy to communicate with.

Wow!

We have stayed in Rich’s condo several times, and I am always amazed by how thoughtfully it is managed. I’m used to being able to cook some pretty sophisticated meals, but this time we realized that there’s no need to buy or bring most beach supplies—the closet on the balcony has chairs, balls and frisbees, sand castle supplies, a cooler and a large shibumi shade to make your day fun and easy. Family Beach Vacay

This condo fit our group perfectly. Close proximity to everything. Since my husband and I stayed on the first floor, the young adults had the upstairs all to themselves. Plenty of space to hang out together but privacy when wanted. We cooked every meal either in the kitchen that had everything or on the grill at the pavilion. Lots of extra beach paraphernalia in the closet. Everyone had an awesome time even our little schnauzer!

Fantastic Stay!

This was my first time to Port A, and I was bring 3 teenage girls. We had a blast! The place was clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed to cook our meals. The pool on the property was great! But best of all, it was easy access to the beach. Rich was very helpful and we truly had a great stay. We will be back for sure!

Kid friendly weekend getaway

Being from Louisiana, this was our first Texas beach trip and the only thing we wish was different was a longer stay! The property was clean and had such a cute vibe, not to mention anything you could possibly need and a pool right off the balcony for the littles! The beach was just a short walk away and the water was beautiful and clean. Everyone we met in town was so nice and we can’t wait to come back to Port A for a longer stay! Rich was super attentive to every need we had and I’m so grateful we got to stay in his awesome beach getaway!
