Living room with smart TV and streaming services, and couch. Two bedrooms with queen size bed in each, nightstands, lamps, and large closets. One bathroom with tub/shower combo. Balcony has washer and dryer for your use and simple patio sitting space. Kitchen with all major appliances, coffee maker and coffee, basic cookware, dishes, and utensils. Free private garage space suitable for one small to mid-size vehicle. Free additional parking on site.

Important Note:
1. We warmly welcome pets! Please disclose all pets and pay a $75 pet fee with your reservation. We allow a maximum of 2 pets. For large dogs over 45 lbs, please message us for approval before booking. Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted.
2.The pool hours are 9 a.m.–10 p.m., and it's closed on Monday for cleaning. Please note, it may close temporarily without notice due to weather or routine maintenance like chemical adjustments.
3. This unit is on the 2nd floor and requires stairs for access.

Most enjoyable stay

Clean and well equipped property. Close to shopping. 15 minutes to the bay. Small problem was taken care of in 15 minutes. Excellent communication. Would have appreciated storage in small bedroom as had to put clothes on the floor. Downstairs neighbors had TV and radio going 24/7 so noisy.
