Welcome to Paradise! This exquisite 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is located in the highly sought-after Royal Dunes subdivision. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a relaxing living area, with plenty of seating for everyone, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach. Need to catch up on work? No problem, there's also an office space with a desk conveniently located on the first level. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, and a dining area, making it perfect for entertaining. Also on the first level is a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, as well as a convenient half bath.
Upstairs, you'll find a spacious laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, 4 more bedrooms, and 2 full baths providing plenty of room for the whole family.
With ample parking in the driveway for 3 vehicles, and garage access. Outside on the side patio gather together with friends and family and grill up today's catch on the charcoal grill.

Family Beach Vacation

Very spacious & clean!! We had a wonderful time with our 3 adult children + spouses & 3 grandkids. Loved having the golf cart to get to the beach. We’ll definitely come back!

Great Place

The house is basically brand new. Tons of space for lots of people to hang out. Nice kitchen. Two master bedrooms. Huge bunk room. Short, easy walk to the beach. Six person golf cart was a nice bonus. My only complaint is the many text messages telling me to install some happy stays app. I'm not installing a random app on my phone -- I already have the VRBO app. But I would not hesitate to stay here again and would absolutely recommend this house.
