Family Reunion

We had a blast at the Big Blue! We were so very comfortable with 18 people staying - ages 8 months to 74 years old. The views were amazing and loved the pond right outside the house! The ocean views were fantastic also! And the beds sooo comfortable! We cooked Thanksgiving dinner for 20 people very easily - the kitchen is well stocked! And we loved the golf cart! And playing golf and hanging out at Reds in the evenings around the fire pit! A very memorable family reunion! Thank you!

GREAT PLACE.

Great home to rent with kids and adults. Great views of the ocean from all floors of the house. Pool on site, but a resort pool 100 yards away. Walking distance to the beach or 5minute golf cart ride. Very quiet on the weekdays and then picks up on Friday.

Amazing House!!

This house is perfect for large family vacation of a company retreat. You get exactly what is advertised and more. Use of golf cart made going to the beach pleasurable, the amenities within the community were amazing. Pool cabana rentals, beach chair and umbrella rentals. We loved it so much, can’t wait to go back!!!

Best house we have stayed in!

Everyone in our group was thrilled with this property! Main pool is across the street, chairs, umbrella and golf cart were very handy. Everyone wants the library in their house!!

Great views

Pretty views are what this property has going for it. The golf cart is in terrible condition. My opinion is-you will still need to rent your own golf cart. Golf cart is rusty, VERY VERY hard to turn-dangerously hard-and it didn’t work at all when we first got there. We could smell the breakfast from the family that stayed at the house before. And the house seemed “stinky”. The filters or something need to be cleaned. May I suggest a day in between renters also. Lots of room and nice views though. House has everything you need.

Big Blue

We had a wonderful relaxing vacation with our family and grandchildren. The house was spacious and well appointed and we enjoyed cooking family meals together and lounging at the beach or the pool. The view was absolutely amazing as you looked out over the dunes or at the lake in front of the house. Lots of birds to watch in the lake. Having the ocean breeze made everything outdoors bearable even with the heat binder at 105F. We plan to return next year.

A Blast in Big Blue

This property was perfect for our large family. We were extremely impressed with layout, the amenities, and the location. We would highly recommend for other large families. Constructive Feedback: One of the 1st floor bathroom shower doors was missing and there was no notification of this situation, which would have been helpful to know. Also, there needs to be better communication on how the garbage pick-up works. We had the days of pickup, but the garbage cans were never picked up out of the holding area on the side of the house. If it is up to the renter to put the cans out on the curb, then say so. If not, then the Palmilla Garbage Services missed our pickup. After 6 days, there was a ton of garbage from 17 folks. Recommend more explicit instructions on the garbage front.

Truly perfect in every way!

This property was amazing! Plenty of space and bathrooms! The view from all of the balconies were perfect views of the ocean. Kitchen had everything we needed and having two fridges, wine fridge, and ice maker made cooking and eating in wonderful! The 6 seat golf cart was icing on the cake. I highly recomend this place!

Beautiful Property

The house was very clean and well stocked even with detergent, dish soaps, paper products and toiletries. The use of the golf cart was helpful to get to the pool and beach. We have 17 people in our family, and there was plenty of room for everyone. We never felt crowded. We hope to stay here again.

Family Vacation 2019

The property was perfect in every way . We had plenty of room and everyone had a great time . The younger adults loved the pool table and library which was filled with games they enjoyed after a full day at the beach and pool. The decor was beautiful. We loved the kitchen and dining area. Everyone enjoyed sitting out on the deck and enjoying the view. I gave this property top rating .

Great house, great views immaculate

The owners left a wonderful welcome basket —- convenient washer/dryers on separate levels. Totally equipped kitchen. Beautiful marble:granite showers. We will rent this one again.
