This newly remodeled two story condo features the best views on Mustang Island, steps from ocean, 3 tropical style pools and is conveniently located between Port Aransas and Padre Island. The split level floor plan features panoramic views and balconies from the living area and master bedroom. The living area, dining area, kitchen, and half bath/laundry room are downstairs while the master en-suite and second bedroom with private bathroom are upstairs. Televisions are in the bedrooms and living room. There is also a handmade bar height balcony railing with drink holders and eight bar stools for optimum ocean gazing.

Living Area

The living area is furnished with a new leather sofa, and loveseat. The sofa folds to a queen bed. The media center contains a huge flat panel TV.. There are tons of electrical outlets and USB charging stations throughout...plus lots of convenient hooks for jackets, hats, towels, keys, etc. Queen air mattress available on request.

Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen and dining area provide seating for 6. All appliances are new and stainless steel, including a refrigerated 'beverage center' under the bar. The kitchen has custom, quartz counter tops and well-designed cabinetry throughout, with lots of little extras

Primary En-suite

The huge primary en-suite has a brand new king sized bed, a wall mounted, huge flat panel TV, a walk out balcony and a luxurious master bath with a walk-in, full-body shower for two. The master bath also has new quartz and tile, well designed cabinets and extra features throughout. The master suite also includes black out shades for privacy, or just sleeping in a little late.

Guest En-suite

The guest en-suite has a brand new queen sized bed and cable television, as well as, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and granite, tile and well-designed cabinets throughout. The lighted closet includes lots of shelves and hangers.

Outdoor Areas

As a guest at the Mayan Princess Condominium Resort, you'll enjoy access to several amenities, including an outdoor hot tub, private boardwalk, and three tropical pools (the deeper pool is open year-round and heated during the cooler months). Also available are water volleyball, a sand pit for beach volleyball, as well as a horseshoe pit.
All sporting items can be checked out and returned to the front desk.
Poolside BBQ pits and picnic tables are available on a first come basis.
