Great location and condo was perfect!

This is a great location and perfect condo for two couples. It also has a couple of bunk beds if you bring along kiddos. Everything was clean and perfect for our visit.

2023 Beach Vacation

This was our first time using VRBO and we were happy with the experience. The house was clean, ready for our arrival, and was in a perfect location from the beach entry locations. I must stay too that although this was a duplex, we were extremely happy with how quiet the house was all the time. I would suggest this house for any family of 3-4 members who want a nice peaceful vacation.

Bach Getaway

Our group of 7 stayed here for a quick bachelorette getaway! The house was perfect for our group. Well equipped with everything from beach supplies to board games! Not far from the beach and in a cute, quiet neighborhood!

Spring Port A Family Vacation

This was in a great part of Port A, only a mile from the beach. We have two elementary aged boys who loved the bunk bed, beach toys and ping pong table in the garage. We also brought the dogs, who had a small fenced run outside. Great spot and would definitely stay again!

Thanksgiving Holiday

It is our family tradition to take the week of Thanksgiving and have all sides of the family rent houses at Port A. Everyone gets together and then when needed can go back and take breaks and get away and then the next day, get together all over again. The house was excellent and very easily could handle the group dinners, etc we had!

Good Location and Very Clean

The location was great for us. Property manager was easy to work with. We had one maintenance Item that needed to be addressed and it was resolved within the hour! We would definitely like to stay here again when we come back to the area.

Solid Family Rental

This is a pretty property, convenient and full of beach amenities, both outside & in the sparkling-clean garage. We found it comfortable and really well maintained! One thing to note: It's a strange location. This is the first unit in a residential development that's bordered by storage facilities. The other side of the wooden property fence is tall chain link with security wire across the top -- not exactly scenic. And directly across the street is a series of storage units with activity at all hours (early, late). The owners have done a lovely job with the inside of the rental, and things like the outdoor shower are SO convenient!! But I would have rather been prepared for the placement of this particular unit, within the development. I feel like I spent a lot of money for no good views.

This condo was very nice and spacious. There were a few things that could’ve been better…. The bedroom pocket door was off the track, the Ice maker didn’t make every much ice and the foldout bed on the couch had dirty sheets with a random dirty pillow case. Other than those mishaps, everything was stocked and good!

Not what it seems

The furnishing of the unit was nice. The property had clearly not been professionally clean IN A WHILE! Everything was dusty! The lights, the furniture, everything we touched….. I had to reach under the bed to get my sons pacifier and the amount of dust, dog hair and nasty made me wear shoes the rest of the weekend. There was a huge finger nail under the bed right next to where I would have set my feet when I wake up in the morning. We moved the coffee table to open up the pull out bed and there were chewed dog toys…… So, yes the place welcome let’s but I don’t want to stay amongst other dogs pet hair in my sheets and in the shower. Next, there is huge bright flood light that shines into both bedrooms…. so good luck getting a good nights sleep….. there is zero window coverings besides the blinds so you can’t get rid of this light. The beds only have a sheet and quilt. We were freezing and uncomfortable. There were two spare blankets in the master that looked like they had been used 1,000 times and were probably twin sized. so needless to say the bedding was not snuggly and comforting whatsoever. Lastly, the property is not walk-ing distance to the beach, easy access, close or gold-cart friendly. We appreciated the cute welcome pack and the fun garage but not enough to stay here again.

House is a duplex but very nice.

Only a couple things that we were bummed about. The charcoal grill outside was mounted on a post next to driveway and was very small. couldn't even fit 3 steaks and 3 ears of corn. no yard to sit in. only 2 chairs could be moved into driveway to eat outside since the Adirondack chairs were chained and facing a fence. The area was very nice to walk in and felt safe. 5 min drive to just about any place we wanted to go. great dog friendly place.

Great Home! Perfect 2 Bedroom with 2 Baths

The home was clean, organized and as expected. Great Space to spend downtime in Port A. It is across HWY 361 BUT you can cross 361 in your golf cart rental, then it is a 5-7 min ride to the beach. Great rental for the price!

A great getaway!

Our stay here was fantastic! The owner was very communicative and had so many things available and ready for us to use. Plenty of towels, kitchenware, linens, toiletries, beach items (wagon, noodles, cooler, etc.), laundry detergent, and even a welcome tray with lots of goodies for adults and the kids. Our 3.5 year old loved the bunk bed, books, board games, and "toys" in the garage. They provided a high chair and play pen upon request for our baby. Highly recommend!

This place had everything we needed for a long weekend and would have been even better for a longer stay. Very tidy, inviting, easy to access and use. The yard was perfect for our dogs! The outdoor shower was easily the best tool at our disposal!

A nice weekend getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was very well kept and comfortable. We spent plenty of time in the garage with the Ping pong table and utilized the beach equipment and skim boards when we went to the beach. Overall a great location for a weekend getaway.
