Overall property is good. House layout is good but the beds in every room are horrible and I know they make plenty of money off renting this place. For the amount of money I spent I could have went to the Bahamas and I know I would have had top notch betting. My back is killing me

Great Home for a Beach Getaway!

The home has a very comfortable space and comes with everything you need. You get view to beach and pool from the balcony. The pool was perfect for the kids since it was not too deep and just outside the back door. Location was great. Stores, restaurants, and beach was within a few minutes.

Fun in the sun

Great stay at a great condo. Excellent location. Beautifully decorated. Thoughtful furniture with storage drawers and shelves galore. Pool area clean and helpful for family dinners (shrimp boil). A/c worked great, bathrooms great, all rooms upstairs with a little loft for sleeping small kids or 1 adult. We would ho back next year for sure to this condo.

Peaceful clean

We came down during a hurricane warning, was a little frustrated we weren’t able to get a refund of an evacuation. We decided to stick it out after talking to the locals and so glad we did. Had a great time. Property was in a great location, clean, had everything you needed. Close enough for store deliveries. I would recommend purchasing the insurance in case of a storm because they will not budge and you will not get a refund!!

Walk to the beach

Very nice location, just a walk to the beach on a pathway! Being on a corner is nice but the sun beats down. A/C needed to be cooler! Next time we would bring a better frying pan!

I enjoyed our stay everything was clean down stair bathroom was broke they came Saturday evening and fix it the only thing was there was not any early or late check in or out I think 10 is a bit early for check out all around good stay

Family Beach Time

Awesome location, easy to get to the beach. Townhome had everything needed to prepare meals. Nice pool, met some great people. My only complain and it is minor is the 10 am check out time. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house for a weekend trip

We stayed for 3 nights and it fit 9 of us comfortably. The house was clean and cute. The pool was decent, but seemed smaller than the pictures show. The only negative thing about this property is the walls are VERY thin. We were contacted 9 times one evening because of noise complaints, when there was only 4 of us sitting around the kitchen table talking - but the pool was insanely loud with music and screaming. Not sure if whoever reported the noise complaint was confused about where the sound was coming from, but noise travels very well within the complex.

Family beach trip

This was a perfect location for my husbands family and us to stay, swim, tan, and explore. It was close enough that my husband and could drive into the city for work each day, but also close enough to the beach to walk! The pool turned a murky green after just 1.5 days, so it should probably be checked more often...otherwise it was PERFECT!

Good location

Location is good for quick access to Whitecap Beach, but the main street in front of the community gets pretty loud with cars reving their engines throughout the day. House was clean upon arrival. The owner did not offer early check-in or late checkout which was disappointing. Especially since their checkout was at 10am. Thats early for a checkout and I have not stayed at a property with a checkout before 11am. The rooms were an adequate size not too big or small. Access to pool was good. We had an issue with the air conditioning upon arrival, so spent half the day on Friday waiting for it to be fixed. Once "fixed" it took about another half day for the house to get "cool". It only got down to 74 from 75, but at least the humidity inside the house was reduced which made it feel cooler. Appreciate the quick response, just wish we didn't have to deal with it in the first place. Also, I received a notification that there was excessive noise coming from our property around 9pm. There was more noise coming from the pool area that night than from us, so I just dismissed it as a mistake. Overall we enjoyed our stay and didn't let little things get in the way of our vacation. However, due to the checking and checkout times I would not stay again. Just a personal preference.

Great property

This unit is awesome with a big corner patio with pool access directly behind it allowing me to keep an eye on my 12 year old and relax in it! Conversely there was no one to remind the group in the pool at midnight of the hours. The house was clean and beautifully decorated as well as games and water toys to use. I would definitely rent this unit again only this time I will bring a mattress topper for the bunk bed full size mattress.
