Beautiful Village by the Beach! Winter discounts!

Just a 5 minute walk to the beach! You will love the heated resort pool, great location, and amenities. Our spacious townhome is very clean quiet and secure. Great for couples, families, solo adventurers, and business travelers as well. Very kid friendly with 2 kiddie pools and a pirate ship playground too!

Beautifully furnished big one bedroom townhome, with 2 reserved parking spaces right in front of the patio. Comfy King bed in the bedroom, and large bunkbeds in the hallway. Plenty of room for a family of 4, and a pack n play crib available for little ones.

You have full access to both pools, splash pad, and playground.

I am happy to assist if you have any questions about our townhome, the property, the island, or Corpus Christi. We love it down there!

Golf Cart rentals just up the street, which can be driven to and on the beach.
You can park your vehicle at Seawall Beach, or drive up and down the beach to find the perfect spot.
Please no fish cleaning inside our townhome, or fish storage in our refrigerator.

Everything in our townhome is photographed before and after each stay.

We had a great time during our stay. The beautiful beach is walkable or you can go with your vehicle right on the beach if you get a pass. The condo is as we see it on VRBO. Communication with the owner Kenneth was really good. People are friendly.

The townhome was as described. It was clean and had all the basic necessities. The two parking spaces out front were great and we loved the proximity to the beach. Communication with the owners was excellent.

Great stay!

The location of the property was very close to the beach. Still felt like we needed to drive since we had a lot of stuff but can definitely walk if you can carry your belongings in a wagon. Property felt clean and the two pool areas were kept up nicely.
