The hotel itself has a really cool vibe throughout. Everything is well-maintained and also retro chic. The restaurant is fantastic. We went to high tea and cannot say enough about how wonderful the offerings were. The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms were super comfortable and clean. Also, have to say the tub was fantastic and very deep so made for a wonderful evening hot soak with bath salts readily available!! The only thing I will say is a possible negative is that the parking garage actually cost less if you pay per day than if you use their parking pass. So I would just decline the parking but use the parking garage. They recommend anyway, because it is very convenient, well priced and safe.
Beautiful place, stayed 1 night with my husband for an event in the city. We were upgraded to a larger room and we were very comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious, the bath was just what we needed to soak our sore feet after a night of dancing! The atrium is super stylish, and the food is great. Truly felt like we were being pampered every moment of our short stay!
The location is great in the heart of the CBD, and close by to restaurants, public transportation and Queen street.
The room was also clean and very spacious, including a bathtub. It was a comfortable stay.
Staff are also friendly and helpful.
Perfect location, great boutique size, extremely comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Love the access to the gym up the road. Staff were exceptional, polite, informed, helpful. Always available. Couldn’t fault any aspect and can’t wait to return.
