We loved the location of Irini’s house, right on Kassiopi Harbour, with amazing views. A 5 min walk to an amazing beach and close to many tavena’s, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. It’s a comfortable apartment with good amenities. Would not suit anyone with mobility issues, as it is up about 20 stairs. Also, be aware parking is wherever you can find around the harbour. We had no problem in early October, but we would imagine it could be a problem in peak summer. Irini, was lovely, she lives downstairs and always is available if you need anything. We loved our stay!

Lovely spaciousness well equipped family apartment. Overlooking the beautiful Kassiopi harbour, the views from the private balcony were breathtaking and sunrise over the coast line of Albania was a perfect start to the day. The owner Irini was the perfect host showing tradional Greek hospitality at its best. This was by far the best holiday we have ever had and will be returning

Lovely flat in a fantastic location. I wish we could have booked two weeks instead of one! Located close to restaurants, shops etc but without being too loud and busy. The balcony overlooked the harbour with all the boats coming in and out which was interesting to watch. Excellent communication and very easy and relaxed check in and out. Couldn't wish for a better holiday!

Although the apartment was fairly basic, the location more than made up for it, really well located at the end of the road heading towards the beach, and with fantastic views over the harbour. You could swim from the rocks just in front of the apartment. Price wise it was great value. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the afternoon/evening. I had a slight panic when I realised we hadn't received any check in instructions, but the owner responded quickly to say the key was in the door, and Irini was waiting at her house downstairs to greet us. The only downside was the pillows were quite big and hard, double bed very squeaky, and no aircon in the main living room/kitchen (my son was hot on the sofa bed-but we were there in a heatwave in July) but we would definitely go back. Thanks Spiros and Irini for a great stay!

Wir wurden herzlich von Irina empfangen. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Blick auf den Hafen ist ein Traum. Werends des Aufenthaltes wurde das Apartment gereinigt. Ca. 5 Minuten zum schönem Strand. Im Ort kann man gut essen gehen. Die Einkaufmöglichkeit ist auch gut. Für Kinder etwas langweilt. Ein super schöner Ort mit dem Hafen.

Wonderful Easter Holiday

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is in an excellent location, with amazing views across the harbour. It has easy access to the shops, tavernas and only a short walk to a beautiful beach. Irini and Spiros were both very welcoming and helpful during our stay.

Perfekte Lage

Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht und ist sauber. Hervorzuheben ist die geniale Lage direkt an der kleinen Hafeneinfahrt von Kassiopi. Wir haben es genossen dem bunten Treiben zu zuschauen und der Ausblick aufs Meer ist genial. Direkt in der Nachbarschaft gibt es schöne Restaurants und Bars. Mehrere schöne Badebuchten sind zu Fuss bequem zu erreichen. Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche verbracht.

Ideal location overlooking harbour

The property was as described and pictured. Perfect location overlooking the harbour on the quiet side close to the beaches. We were very comfortable here and there was everything we needed. Extremely welcoming and friendly host. There isn’t parking but we were able to park around the harbour which is free. Would highly recommend

Great location and views.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome, Irini made sure we got into the aparment ok, there were some complimentary supplies in the fridge which was appreciated. The location is very handy to the harbour with numerous tavernas and shops. The views from the apartment are amazing. Waking each morning to the sun rising over the mountains of Albania in the distance never got old. The apartment had everything we needed and more, we would be more than happy to stay here again.

Excellent location

This apartment is located at a beautiful location on Kassiopi Harbour, with a secluded spot across the little road to swim. Most amazing, picturesque views from the balcony where you can sit and watch the boats going in and out of the harbour. Beds very comfy, all needs catered for and feels authentic - greeting Irini downstairs each day was a treat for us! Our best holiday ever, and we have holidayed 8 times in Corfu.

Great

Très joli village de pêcheurs. L'appartement a une localization parfaite légèrement excentré mais près de tout. La vue est magnifique. Se reveiller tous les matins avec ce visuel n'a pas de prix. Juste la question du parking. Il y en a un mais il faudra penser a laisser les valises avant de se garer. Je reviendrai sûrement dans cet appart et revoir Irinis, the lovely gardien mom who lives underneath.

Wonderful apartment

The apartment is in an ideal location in the harbour, close to the many bars and restaurants but also the beaches. it has a very large balcony with wonderful views. It is very well equipped and we were very well looked after by Irini.

Perfect location with amazing views

Laying in bed watching the sun rise over Albania and the Ionian Sea/Straight of Corfu. Sitting on the balcony eating breakfast or chilling with a beer over looking the harbour. Fabulous place to relax. The apartment is functional/basic but has all you need for a perfect stay. Irini lives beneath and cleans the apartment regularly including sheets, towels, even washing up! As well as home made cakes 😎 The locals are so friendly and helpful as well. Definitely recommend this location.

Vue exeptionnelle

Top-Lage, schöner Blick auf Meer und Hafen, sehr nette Vermieterin

Wir waren 2 Wochen dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Jedes der beiden Schlafzimmer (gute Matratzen) hat einen direkten Balkonzugang. Die Dusche ist modern und der Blick nach draußen wunderbar. Wir haben es sehr genossen auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken und das bunte Treiben im Hafen zu beobachten. Auslaufende Fischer- und Ausflugsboote, Anlegemanöver von Seglern, Einheimische und Touristen. Sehr entspannend. Mietwagen ist nicht erforderlich. Man kann gut und preiswert mit den Green Bus nach Korfu Town fahren und dort umsteigen zum Flughafen. Lokale alle fußläufig zu erreichen in Kassiopi. Vermieterin sehr nett und herzlich, hat uns auch das ein oder andere Mal mit Essen verwöhnt. Badebuchten sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, gute Schnorchelmöglichkeiten, Badeschuhe mitnehmen. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. (Zugang ist nicht barrierefrei, Außentreppen zur Wohnung)

Best place on Corfu

We absolutely loved staying at Irini's apartment, she is so warm and kind it really made out stay feel special. Apartment has an amazing view and the beds are far more comfortable than our beds at home! The snorkeling beaches were so close and the water so clean it was a real joy. We even saw and octopus and moray eel. We can't wait to come back next year.

Emplacement parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement tres fonctionnel et surtout idéalement situé à Kassiopi avec vue magnifique sur le port. Possibilité de se baigner en bas de l' appartement ou à 5 mn à pied de la plage avec transats. Le centre est 2 mn à pied où se trouvent restaurants, commerces, bars...Kassiopi est très jolie station et bien animée. La voiture n'est pas nécessaire. Pour découvrir le reste de l'ile, il y a possibilité de louer voiture, scooter et bateau. Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce lieu et l'accueil de la maman du propriétaire était très chaleureux. C'est une location que recommandons !

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick

Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche. Zur Begrüßung war schon für den ersten Morgen alles zum frühstücken da. Der Balkon hat einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer, die Berge von Albanien und den Hafen Kassiopis. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt sind tolle Strände und der sehr schöne Hafen von Kassiopi. Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert und sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Würde ich sofort wieder hinfahren.
