A little piece of heaven right by the sea. This 3 bedroom/3.5 bath villa is colocated with Dimitris Beach Villa but has a divider fence and its own separate pool and outdoor area. The fabulous garden to the sea is shared, but otherwise, you have a vast private property by the sea with huge oak trees for shade as well as a grove of olive trees. There are many shops and restaurants within a quick walk from the villa, and the village of Kassiopi is less than 2km away and also an easy walk.

good sized villa but you will need a car as in a quiet location with direct beach access. mid week clean was an unexpected welcome surprise and caroline the manager was excellent and helpful. will definitely be returning sometime. the only negative was the TV sound was broken but we had our own speaker so used that with a laptop instead for when the children wanted a movie night in.

Great place managed by great people

The villa is very well maintained and managed and the sea (and a very quiet beach) is literally feet away from the bottom garden date. Plenty of good restaurants within easy travelling distance and the walk into Kassiopi is pretty easy. Caroline is a gem who was more than happy to help with restaurant bookings and taxi's and general advice on things to do (and not to do!)
