Excellent stay. First time myself and our toddler had a night away without mum. Beautiful location in Badajoz; staff were excellent, lady at reception couldn’t do enough for us and the lady at breakfast was very helpful indeed. Would use again or recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a lovely and comfortable stay.

Helpful and friendly but the rooms were hot and humid. AC certainly does not stand for Air Conditioning as I couldn't make the room very cool at all. Breakfast also was limited and not particularly appealing but the kids enjoyed the pastries and juice so they were happy enough. Hotel was quiet and empty at the time so wonder if they cut back on things like this for that reason.

Great Hotel, perfect location.

Just a stopover for the night but this hotel was perfect. Comfortable, spotlessly clean,great breakfast, super staff and a 24hr gym and sauna (apart from a brief closure very early morning, for cleaning). Amazing shopping centre 5 mins drive away, other great shops, cinema and restaurants just across the road. 5-10 mins drive into the city centre and only a 2 minute drive to the motorway to Portugal and the north.
