Disliked: Cleanliness
The primary bedroom, primary bathroom, and laundry room smelled like CAT URINE. The owner sent cleaners. I trusted they would deal with the smell. They did not. The owner sent cleaners again. Still smelled but they placed air fresheners around the house. When I tried to negotiate some sort of reimbursement, the host hung up on me. There were other areas that showed lack of cleanliness and lack of basic maintenance.

Cheap everything; Soap, No wash cloths, limited towels, cheap toilet paper. Coffe terrible. No trash can outside. Bare minimum everything

BEWARE - No more than 6 ppl in a 5 Bedroom house

The property is a 5 bedroom with 2 1/2 baths, but the manager has a 6-person maximum stay for a 5 bedroom with an air mattress. After booking and getting the check in information after the 4 pm check in time, I received a request for additional money due to an estimate of guest possibly coming. But nowhere was it listed for additional fees for guest over the maximum of 6 people. Only 5 people actually showed up. But I'm being harrassed for additional money.
