We have stayed here in the past and the hot tub did not work. It still does not work and people are using it for an ashtray because it had cigarette and cigar butts in it. If you are not going to fix it and have it working do not advertise that you have one and remove it. Other than that the hotel is nice.

Had a comfortable night at the Hilton. Two tournaments going on in town and the hotel was full but quiet. Bathroom could use some updating and carpet needs replaced. Friendly staff. I’d come back.

An excellent, centrally located hotel in the Woodlands

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: no free breakfast
Great staff. Went above and beyond to get me a room for early check in since I'd been traveling since the wee hours. Very responsive to all needs and questions, good food for a reasonable price offered for breakfast each day. I would recommend this hotel if your visiting/working in The Woodlands, but not if you need to go into Houston, as it's a rather long drive.

Great location! And we love the lobby bar with snacks and fresh baked cookies!

Pros: Close restaurants
Check in was quick and efficient and staff even offered us our choice of floors. The room smelled fresh and clean, and the white bed linens are a nice touch to the overall "clean" feel of the room. The lobby is spacious and comfortable with a great bar and lounge area to meet friends before heading out. The bar snacks are a nice touch too. Good location, great lobby, excellent service and clean room...what more could you want?

Great Hotel! Worth every penny!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, snacks every night
The staff was welcoming and friendly. Loved the cookies and happy hour snacks. The location was beautiful. I felt very safe and comfortable.
