Checking in took over 20 mins due to one staff member working the front desk during check in hours. No blankets or pillows were supplied for pull out couch.

Got to the room and there was 20 to 30 crickets jumping all through the room. Went back to the front desk and the lady came to the room and spent 30 minutes with a vacuum cleaner trying to suck up all the crickets. She asked if I wanted another room but I spent extra for this room. Two person jetted tub. Then we went to put drinks into the fridge and the smell was horrible. When we got up in the morning there were crickets in every room again. About a dozen. All they said was we are sorry. Have lovely photos.
