The Space:

Welcome to your private Columbus retreat — perfect for group getaways and family trips.

This spacious home sleeps up to 12 guests and features a private pool, hot tub, game room with pool table and classic arcade games, and a fully fenced backyard with fire pit and outdoor seating.

Whether you're relaxing in the hot tub, playing games in the enclosed patio arcade room, or gathering around the kitchen island for coffee, this home is designed for memorable stays in every season.

Sleeping arrangements

With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, the layout offers flexibility for up to 12 guests. Downstairs off the kitchen, a bunk room features a full-over-full bunk bed that sleeps 4, along with a Smart TV and seating area. An additional bedroom on this level includes a king bed and Smart TV. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. Two more bedrooms complete the upper level - one with a king bed and Smart TV, and one with a full bed and Smart TV. A second full bathroom with tub/shower combo is also located upstairs, while a half bath and laundry area add convenience downstairs. Bed linens, clothing storage, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades are provided.



Living spaces

The main living room invites you to settle into the large sectional and stream your favorites on the 75” Smart TV mounted above the decorative fireplace. Bar-top seating just behind the sectional creates an easy flow for conversation. Heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and Wireless Internet keep the home comfortable year-round.



Kitchen & dining

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home and includes a dining table for gathering together. The curved island with seating for four makes a natural spot for morning coffee or evening snacks. Essentials like cookware, dishes and silverware, and a coffee maker are ready for use, along with a dishwasher for easy cleanup.



Game room & entertainment

Just off the kitchen, the enclosed patio game room is a favorite hangout with a pool table, NBA Jam, and Pac-Man. Board games add to the options for relaxed nights in.



Outdoor space

Enjoy the private backyard with a pool, hot tub, and fire pit — perfect for relaxing evenings or sunny afternoons. The fully fenced yard offers outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, and space to unwind while the backyard lights create a warm atmosphere at night.

A jungle gym play set provides additional fun for younger guests.



Family & convenience

Family/kid friendly amenities include a high chair, Pack `n play/travel crib, and bathtub. A washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, and laptop friendly workspace make longer stays easy. Free parking on premises and a private entrance add to the convenience.



Located less than 10 minutes from Ohio Stadium at The Ohio State University and under 15 minutes from downtown Columbus, you’re close to museums, shopping, the zoo, and the energy of the city - while returning each night to a quiet, family-friendly community. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, ensuring a respectful and relaxed environment for all.

-Professional exterior photos are scheduled for March and April. Backyard renovations were recently completed in late March 2026, and fresh grass seed has been planted. During this transition, some outdoor areas may be soft or muddy, so we ask guests to use caution and help us protect the new lawn by avoiding the yard when possible while still enjoying the outdoor amenities. We expect the yard to be fully grown in by late spring to early summer.

-Our pickleball and basketball court is temporarily unavailable and is expected to be ready by April 15. Thank you for your understanding — we can’t wait for you to enjoy it soon! 🏀🎾

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.

🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests

🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🔥 Grill Use:

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!

If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!



🐾 Pets:

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100

❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

NO cats allowed!

🚿 Shower with soap and water before entering to remove lotions, oils, or substances that affect water quality.

⏳ If you have sensitive skin, limit use to 15-minute intervals and shower after use to avoid irritation.

🛁 Use beach towels, not bath towels.

🚫 No diving or jumping

🍔🥤 No food or drink in the tub

🧼 Keep the hot tub clean and clear

♨️ Turn off the jets after use

→ The temperature should remain at 100°F when not in use.

🧴 Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without HomeHop’s knowledge and approval. Overuse or misuse of chemicals may result in additional cleaning or maintenance charges.

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!
