Overall I would've normally rated this a solid 3 star review given the cost of 1 night's stay. However being woken up at 2 am by someone entering my room and then again at 9:49 am by someone trying to enter my room just makes this a 0. Do not stay here. The first instance, albeit alarming, is forgivable. BUT to have it happen again is unforgivable. Had we not latched the door, they would'e fully entered both times with working keys.

Our room door would not lock. Or rather, you could lock it but it could be pushed open. They weren't going to fix it until the next day. It was convenient to walk to dinner, which was nice. But the next morning the fellow at the desk would not print out a receipt for me because I had booked on line.

Very nice stay

The breakfast was good but upset my stomach. The room was very comfortable there were a few pieces of faberic on the floor from what looks like bed lenins. I enjoyed my stay and the staff.

Nice clean spacious rooms.

The rooms and staff were great, however there are renovations going on. The pods are in the parking lot to hold the construction tools and equipment and there were no parking spots available when we came back late in the evening. We had to park next door in the Holiday Inn parking lot. Also, the ice machine on the third floor is not working. The AC is not working in the hallways and lobby, and the unit in our room leaked water so the carpet was soaked.

Not Pet Friendly - pet deposit is a fee

Pros: Breakfast is OK. Rooms were OK, if a bit dated
Cons: Don't call the fee a deposit for people traveling with pets.
Location: Lots of restaurants and shopping right across the street
Be warned that the pet 'deposit' listed on the Travelocity site is not a refundable deposit but is a non-refundable fee. Generally a deposit is something you place in trust with a company in case they need to charge you for cleaning the room, which is what I expected when I saw the word 'deposit.' When I arrived, I was informed that it was actually a non-refundable fee, which turned a reasonably priced one-night stay into a very expensive one-night stay. I've stayed in five-star resorts that cost less than what I paid for one night in a generic hotel outside of Columbus, Ohio. Because they don't refund once booked through a travel site, you can't choose to take your business to a more reasonably priced hotel.

This hotel is good for the price.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Overall, both times I have stayed here have been decent. The first time they ran out of towels and the second time their system crashed. Overall, the complimentary breakfast is good and staff is nice though.

VERY Bad experience

Was promised a cot for our son to sleep on, when we arrived they informed us that the one and only cot they had was taken and my son had to sleep on the floor. The floor was filthy. The worst part was there was no hot water for a shower in the morning. The General Manager didn't even care to speak to us regarding our trouble.
