We stayed at Fairfield Inn for two nights when atttending an Ohio State game. We were thrilled when we entered the lobby and it was decked out in Ohio State decor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Liz, one of the shuttle drivers, was an absolute treasure--funny and informative. Our room was clean, but could have used a couple more wash cloths. I highly recommend and we will stay again in the future.

Clean room, helful staff at check in and out, amenities were perfect, distance to The Shoe, bars, food, and entertainment was close and without errors. Area was quiet and quaint with plently of sidewalks and safe crossings too. Hotel had complementary breakfast and plently of options to pick from.

The hotel was clean and welcoming. The front desk staff -very helpful. We did not use the indoor pool, nor the gym area. Breakfast area-very clean. They could add some extra items to the menu.

There was no one at the desk when I arrived to check in. Appararently they were short staffed that night. I am 70 years old traveling with a dog and there was no one available to help me with my luggage. I was told they are not a full service hotel and they don't do that there. I have stayed at other hotels charging $200+ a night and have never been told they were not full service. And I had an extremely unpleasant run-in with the night clerk Sonya at around 12:30am. Check your video of the front desk if you have it. She should be fired,

Small stains on sheets. Most staff was great one was not at all. Our air conditioner unit sounded like a washing machine that was falling apart and didn’t get very cool
